FYI.... Im not sure if this is asking too much of an online seed company but outside of holidays & weekends. I expect my order to be expedited and shipped with in a reasonable time frame. Like any other on line business.

All this 3-4 and 5-6 business days to get a package to the post office is absurd and for every customer's time you screw with the may you lose 10 potential new customers... we do talk amongst each other.

they are fake ass seeds thats why you dont get breeders packs and they arent even offered, they are cheap generic knock off rip offs thank GOD my order didnt go thru

Hi Antimatt3r,

How many times did you order from Bonza? What I get from your posts, I don't think you ever received anything and just canceled your order. I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, we can't ship like Amazon does; no seed bank can. I don't see how we are a SCAM, as you put it when we are a registered business and have customers but its your opinion.

A lot of seed customers especially first time buyers have really high expectations and have no understanding of how the process works. I feel bad that you guys have people running around bad mouthing your company but I do hope you find a way to make it right somehow. :) The more seedbanks the merrier in my opinion.

this particular user is upset because he made a mistake of messing up his billing and shipping information and it didnt match his credit card so the reps at bonza asked for verification to see matching billing records
the user than threatened and harassed the customer service rep helping said user and now hes just been posting about how he doesnt like bonza.

Use sea of seeds for small purchases, plus decent freebies.. free p&p to uk. I use them for sum small purchases too.! Give them a go, Mystica. Happy growing,

I don't think it is bonza fault at all I was trying to say be as newb friendly as possible I just came through different.

Same member is running amok in other threads trashing on bonza. I think he will be a man of the times and we will forget about him tomorrow lololol... dat ban doe.

No dought I am thankful for all pcks that make it to me! Anti needs to quiet down, go medicate or something! Bad karma comes out of the mouth too! Always take the hi-road in these cases! Some dude was dissing the single seed center. So I just had to try them! They are excellent! A large slice of HUMBLE PIE would suit anti dude! Happy growing &_ medicating!
