no, it's not my opinion.

plants don't somehow magically photosynthesize at a higher rate once the light is gone.

pouring boiling water on plants has no positive effect whatsoever.

keeping your canopy at 92 is not beneficial to the plants, hence why commercial and professional growers avoid such a stupid practice.

so if you remove the critical part of that equation, aka light, why would production go up?

Do something like what he does, if I`m using hids and leds I fire up the leds for 14 to 8 hours and use the hids for only 4 to 12, but I normally like to use led and induction lights less heat, so I can actually get my canopy under 40c for a change watering a lot is hard work I`m lazy so I like my canopy to be 30c and my rootzone under 22c

You seem to take one simple rule one small bit of science and the apply it to a huge dynamic situation and then without testing you know what`ll work best and why ?

Maybe RM3`s lights still emit heat during that hour, maybe the rest then light kick makes the plants grow more ?

I mean some people can Jog for 12 hours and some people can run for 5 take a break and run for another 5 and pass that jogging bitch with an hour to spare

Maybe a whole day of RM3`s lights is too much radiation for the plants and they need an hour to apply fresh sunblock ?

There`s a bunch of reasons why it could make more bud or better bud

I wouldn't knock the guy till I`d ran a plant in his set up his way and then I made my own adjustments and could compare A to B

and if its just about getting a certain high or taste then that`s even harder to compare as taste is personal and effect the high well personally I like a buzz, a low a couchlock but to each their own

Clueless right down to the MED who inspects and licenses grows, here in CO if you have a commercial grow and want to run unprotected lamps open do it, MED doesnt have a clue, neither do the commercial growers.

see you`d hope that all the legal shit would at least mean people working for big grow op`s got to work in nice safe conditions then when it was shady but an inspector not saying shit, hell maybe get a whip for the trimming boy and some old lamps with no uv filters kill your staff before you gotta get them a gold watch

Looks nice and dense, good trichs also, do you use any supplemental blue spectrum? Or is that just your usual lights?I'm assuming leds from the wall lighting in pic 1

I use LED's for seedlings lol, I use T5's for flower and yeppers there are 15k blue bulbs

this is stupid, and not worth the time it would take me to explain why that is so.

I know it can be some pretty off the wall sounding advice sometimes, but once you realize he's not interested in worshiping at the same altar of Yields! as so many others, the picture comes into focus.

He IS willing to sacrifice 50% or more of a maximum end weight number, and what he gets in return is paid in the dividends of quality, flavor, potency, aroma and effect. Y'all can judge appearance for yourselves, no shortage of evidence here.

I'm not suggesting that everyone drop what they do and slavishly follow his regime, but there are plenty of nuggets laying about that can help nearly anyone step up their game, or at least broaden their perspective.
