@bu$hleaguer , is there a simple way to make cheese that doesnt involve finding rennet?

You need a coagulant of some kind and I've never used anything but rennet to do it in the past so I don't really know honestly. But I know you can make ricotta with acids like lemon juice and vinegar. There's also vegetable rennet if you don't want animal. You can find rennet on amizon tho it's not hard to get.

I love it! My 9 year old is bordering on total dramatic meltdown most of the time- in fact there's 3 little 9 year olds screaming in my backyard right now but I don't mind. I just had to ride around the neighborhood on my motorcycle to round them up like cattle since they were all crying for different reasons but daddy bushie saved the day.

Second female is due in sept so i'm totally outnumbered but I don't care. Bring it on!
