I have 2 plants from feminized white widow seeds from Nirvana in root spa buckets under a 400w platinum led grow light. I think the light burned them a little at the beginning but both look pretty healthy now that I have moved the light far away. The one does still have some brown spots but it doesn't seem like it's spreading I've done everything exactly the same with both. This is at about 2 weeks

Looking great for your first grow at two weeks!

It looks like you have everything set when it comes to nutrients/lights. What's the temperature of the reservoir water?

Looks not to bad.
The bottom leaves that a have some brown areas are probably from nutrient burn in the form of nutrients getting splashed on leaves - anything like that happen ? Its not from a deficiency or toxicity within the growing medium by the looks of it. Noticed a couple small pin holes in a leaf closest to the fan - I suspect maybe from too strong of air movement - a little further away might be a good idea or not pointed at them directly. Not sure how hard your fan blows but the leaves slightly fluttering is best for them.
If you do splash some nutrient solution on them, just rinse off a bit with fresh water. A couple squirts from a water bottle is enough.

Any more questions we would be glad to help...

That's a great strain to learn with that gives great results.

Peace and Pot

So your other thread mentions slimey roots that are brown, that would be root rot and you need to use a root repair and get your water temps down and keep them down other wise use a different method of growing ie coco

Gotcha thanks all I'm going to put some reflective bubble wrap around the reservoir try and keep temp down. I haven't got any nutes on the plant so I don't think that's it.

I got water temp under control for now I plan on making a much more involved recirculating waterfall system at some point but I'm gonna make this work this go around.

I think they look beautiful the leaves are crazy big on the one. I got some bacteria to add and I have some honey on the way.

After I spent way to much money I researched a lot more and I know I got a overpriced light from a company that used rip offs and lies to get business but damn it seems like these plants love this light!

I feel like I got temp under control and it seemed like everything was good and now I'm getting some browning on the big fan leaves again. I just went to 10ml per gallon of the advanced nutrients which is a little less than full strength. Was that too much this early? I'm gonna post some updated pics in a few if anyone could let me know what they think.

Pictures should I trim some of the monster fan leaves? I cut some of the really brown crunchy ones off the smaller plant
Don't cut the leaves off, that's a large part of the plant right now. My two big fan leaves have gotten like that my last two grows at this same time period in growth, i also run dwc, i just let it go and it stopped and never progressed. I'd say don't worry about it right now and just keep an eye on your roots and only worry if it spreads. If you're not overfeeding you should be fine.

You asked if it's too much nutes, here's how you'll know:

Welcome! I ran Nirvana's Blue Mystic not to long ago, it's a fantastic high and was extremely frosty, a little light on the yeild. I think you'll be really happy with their White Widow.

Good luck and i'll be watchin, can't wait to see this thru!

I think you did the right thing adding more air stones. The temp of the water affects the amount of oxygen it holds so with higher temps more air is extra helpful.
