How about a few detailed pictures of JUST your light? I dig the way it's set up and also plan on doing a build exactly like your next one. (18 3590's on 2x 320-C1050's.

that's dope man. there's really nothing special about my light that hasn't been shown on this board 1,000 times already though. i think it's more interesting to show what they can do to plants...

gonna be some chunkers fasho. hard to get a good shot of the tops, being so damn tall. fingers crossed for no more mite problems.
This might be the first clone only og run done under cobs on the boards here. 700 grams would be i believe close to record setting if the cut you have is one of the Tahoe clone only cuts. Garden looks absolutely spot on perfect. I really hope 700 + grams comes through, its a no shit you'd probably become famous. Very cool thread man.

Still, you have NO pictures of just your light and the way it's put together.

tbh I didn't really take any pics of the set-up as it is now. I made this video of the first build when it was only 6 cob's which shows the way it's put together pretty well, except for the exposed wire which I cleaned up.

Haha, i don't know about record setting... they certainly won't be as big as some of the og's jungleboyz in LA are cutting down but they claim 3 to 4 pounds per thouie. I think 600g is realistic for the og's, then another 100 or 150 for the little ones I have in there. would be like 1.2 or 1.3 gpw.

Hey man i got 2000 predatory mites for my 4x4 after i saw some mites on a couple of the plants. No webs yet, just mites on the underside and some spotting on the leaves.
The Pred. mites are getting here tomorrow morning right when lights go out; i went through and dipped my hands (with a glove on) in some Azamax and went through and rubbed every leaf, avoiding the buds.
I am hoping the predatory mites will help finish them off or at least stop them from ruining the harvest until we can chop and bomb the entire tent.
Did those mites help get rid of your infestation? Thanks in advance! Nice grow, beast COB setup.

I like how you chopped up those extruded heatsinks. How are they handling the heat set up passively like that? Also how big are the blocks 5.88"x?

yeah man they seem to be working as I haven't noticed any further damage or webbing. I feel the same as you because there isn't really a lot of discussion on the internet about predatory mites; I learned about it from medicropper's recent video and just called up the company about how to apply them. I don't really see evidence of the predators doing work but I assume they're keeping everything in check. Still just praying I make it through the final stretch before harvest .

some are 7" and some are 7.5". they work perfectly definitely not too hot, i've had to use a heater a lot more than my a/c this run to give you an idea. top of the canopy which is within 10" of the cob's is ~6-10 degrees above room temp outside the tent, while the bottom of the tent gets pretty much no heat (5 feet tall plants though)

here's a decent pic of a cola on day 40, the cob's appear to be working

I've used them but had better luck with lady bugs than the pred mites
the preds work but one pred mite can only eat so much a day where a lady bird can devour 1/2 it's weight & move all over the plants quickly eating all forms of the mites & eggs
the lady bugs clean the whole plant of mites where the preds are just a control imo
here in norcal around me all the local grower all say same thing when asked about mites ; lady bugs & green lacewings
no controlled test by me or anything just my experience bongsmilie

Our lady bugs likes sitting under the pots and committing suicide via LED lights. We are doing pred. mites first, and then adding another 1500 lady bugs to ensure they are taken care of as we get close to the end of flower.

planning on taking them to day 68-70. idk what's up with the yellow spotting/blotchiness on some leaves, don't think it's a feeding issue... i'm blaming the mites haha. anybody know if I can get live ladybugs locally?

Looks very nice... What is it you are running exactly for lights? I have not been reading up on lighting in quite awhile and now I am very interested in dumping my 8 1000 watt hps lights and switching to something more efficient.. but also just as effective. You are running a diy led setup? How many of these would be similar to a single 1000 watt hps? How does heat compare and electricity usage?

Sorry for all the questions but would really like to learn more about this.

thanks!
