Ok so I went to clean the Rez and the water was so gross. I noticed my roots had blackness and were slimy so I cut off about 75% Bc I also have nice new root growth and there is plenty to compensate. Pics are being uploaded. Will the girls be ok?

And no they aren't the prettiest...the leaves are mutilated but as long as my buds are frosty who cares...5 weeks flower Wednesday...starting my dry koolbloom week 6.

Ok i researched the root cutting. Controversial as defol.
But defol hasn't hurt my crop only slowed it down.
Just read that most times in DWC makes have to be seperates from females and cutting the roots will not shock them for more than a day of at all...as long as your roots are getting the water and nutes. So, I'm safe. I'll report back in the am. I think they will actually flourish now...more air.

The girls are fine. If u have to cut roots, cut them. All this talk about using all this stuff to bring dead roots back to life is hogwash. Cut the dead black slimey off and leave enough to reach the nute solution and u should be ok. I am. Hydro DWC not sure about soil but I've seen so many stress about little broken pieces of root and it really isn't a big deal IMHO ONLY

Someone stole tour plants or what? I just got my new place today but I can only grow on attic and it's hott as fuck up there and i can set my tent up in this room you gotta go threw to get in bathroom but my tent is only 4x4x6 how many GG autos you think I can get in there not sure how big they get first time growing autos and this time I'm not telling a soul fuck I hate theifs butni got 9 fast buds GG autos 6 blackberry 3 stardawg and 3 green crack and I got 5 world of seeds amnesia 7 delious dark purple and 2 ice kush and few other strains but wanted to do like 10-15 or even 20 autos at once in attic but not sure yet I will have to put a AC unit up there that's only way its 80 in there now with nothing well I'll keep ya posted

Any way you can vent the attic to cool it down w/o having to burn so much electricity? Perhaps do a small split off of one of your ac lines just to keep your tent cool?

I don't got central air I was just going to put a small ac unit up there but I'm just using basement I got 26 plants going and with all my lights its still 80-84 in there but I got fans blowing so they are growing good 2 of my fast buds green crack seeds went to shit so I only got 1 of them seems like they just didn't want to grow and the tap root was real weak owell I got another 3 pak of GG and blackberry and 2 Ice Kush if I decide to put more but I think I'm kool this time around soon as it starts to get cool outside I'm going bigger up in attic like 50 plants

I grow from seed I never tried clones maybe down the road I might I could try it I do got a bunch of plants I could take a few cuts from n see if it works but maybe I'll try it next grow I just flip to 12-12 fee days ago and I got 3 flowering 2 almost done

Looking great. When you find a plant you like. It grew just as you wanted. Do clone it. Because every clone will be the same as that plant. Cloning only needs cloning powder or jel. You would be surprised how easy it is. For me. 1 seed must make more than 1 plant. Doing clones also makes the grow faster. You are starting in VEG when the clone roots and starts growing. You just passed the first step. I always recommend it.

Yea its probably my fault I gotta get more soil today I got 2 amnesia that got to go in dirt today I should have put in dirt a day ago but ran out of soil I just am using organic shit from Walmart 3 bad to 1 bag MG which should work fine didnt have the time to get ffof this time hope they all grow fine but I think it maybe to hot for the Lil girls cuz they are turning a lighter green but should be fine

I'm growing autos this time but I took a few clones off a few plants I had and I just put in rapid rooter and within 2 weeks had roots and I didn't use any jel or powder so its kinda easy gave them clones to a kid then few days later he rob me what a POS crazy huh help people n get screwed so don't trust anyone

Yeah no fox farms ocean the cheap stuff a probably best at this stage have u heard of putting a coke bottle with holes in the bottom and u place it in the soil and cover all but the top of the bottle that way u can slow feed roots? My dr told me about it he is a smart guy I want to try it!! That way u don't overwater!!

ive seen old guys do the coke bottle thing on a much bigger scale for outdoor grows way back in the day. they did it so they wouldnt have to return to the garden till harvest.
