Hi my plants are 4 weeks old from seed mostly sativa. Grown in soil with a perlite mix. Grow room is 2mx2mx1m.
Light 600 watt mh 3 feet away from plant
The fit's 2 weeks was fine started growing tidy then all of a sudden leaves starting drooping with the canoe effect (over watering I gather) will they come back from this and will the proceed to grow tall no I've changed the watering pattern to when the soil almost drys out photo are of the plants 4 weeks old thanks

Canoeing is mainly caused by heat stress. Great that you have addressed the over watering issue but you may need to look at heat as well.

Yes, Cannabis will over come it.

To be honest I had the plants under a cfl when they started canoeing which gave off very little heat if any at all it has perked up a little as you can see I was just wondering if it's behind on its growing because of these mistakes

A 4ft 2 bulb high output t5 will bring you a long way. Even a 2 ft if you only have one plant.
These are my plants now and they arnt even in the growroom yet. Just under a 2 bulb hot5 I bought at homedepot. They are about ready to be moved now tho. I could leave them under the t5 a little longer if I wanted too.
It also looks like you could use some more drainage holes on you pot. And some on the sides so air can come in and allow faster drainage. It also helps roots get oxygen.
I would imagine that plant is suffering from a lot of heat stress too because you didn't mention an air cooled hood or anything either?

Not a fan of having that kind of sheeting on the floor of any grow room,it heats the pots up,you only need mylar around the sides of the room at the height you start flowering to where the plants will finish height wise,I go with about 6 inch of the bottom of the sides to around 6 ft high

This could be a factor in the slow growth the pots may be getting too warm, early in veg (clones they like the roots warmish but has they get older then it can work against you),What are the temps in the room,I would be tempted to higher the lights to cause a bit of stretching, feel the pots after the room has been on a while i bet they are warm

With the fan on its roughly 26 degrees that's as low as I can get it would I be better off putting them back under the florescent light

26 is pretty good, get something like rhizatonic into them or some kind of nutrient that will help with the up take of nutrients, and help promote new root growth,if they was happy under the other light then i would put them under just till you get new growth, after a new set of leaves have grown back under the light again

Look for a nutrient called envy its brilliant you may find it on e bay, picture of it on my jornal some where, its helps with everything,You just add this to your normal base nutes

I don't use nutes just yet I've been told to hold back on them until I got a decent size plant

Un less the soil has got something in there for them to utilise then yes, even with a light mix, like bio bizz light mix i still add a light nute mix of 0.5.

Plants that we are growing in doors, need you to be mother nature,in the great outdoors there is feed in the ground from the previous year, dead leaf matter, animal waste also dead animals.ext if you get what i'm getting at,in a pot a plant will soon use any, feed up.

I did a auto this year, that i put at the top of my garden and just left it,it had no feed what so ever, and the bud from that plant was some of the best i have ever smoked,i did not even water it it only got water when it rained,it rains a lot here in the uk so it did ok,i still have a bit f it left, top shelf stuff full of thc so it can be grown without any nutes but,my thoughts on indoor growing are to make the plants go into over drive grow wise, like the best weather poss for a plant to grow in and with the right amount of feed for it,so you end up with large yeilds

I would perhaps put them back under a flouro just till they pick up once they do pick up then get them on about 1.1 ec and back under the bigger lights good luck dude, you dont really have any bad issues it may just be the temp of the pot,its a root problem so look into getting something for this, just to promote new root growth,a light feed of water and a leaf's worth of aloe vera slime may help you with that
