That being said, I think both section 4 and section 8 protect people who are helping patients, registered and unregistered, dispensaries, collectives, cg2cg, p2p, cg2p, p2cg. This is the only way to insure that patients who need medicine can get it without much problem.
Sec 4 protects them from arrest - "persons" not just cgs and pats - and Sec 8 protects them from prosecution/conviction.
