The rest of humanity is all lumped together within 5 or 8 IQ points. White Asians Jews Arabs all of humankind.

Then there are blacks. You can take only black kids raised by white parents in suburban America, and that doesn't significantly improve their IQ scores.

In Africa their average IQ is 70. If an American has an IQ of 70 he or she will be considered mentally retarded.

Black society has not been helped by gaining civil rights. Fifty years ago the black population in America had a 20% single motherhood rate and their poverty rate was significantly lower than it is today.

My eyes were opened in college when I took sociology. Blacks in American rank lower than anyone else and by a wide margin in every measure.
