Shit man, sorry to hear about the casualties hey, we've had it pretty hot here too, was 44.6 yesterday lol. My girls are lapping it up and getting quite big for the pot they're in ha ha. Got my boys now though so my pollen chuck should be on like donkey kong!
Got some NL5 x blueberry boys that will make some f2's and they will be pollinating a bloody nice tahoe og kush, a really fat bubba kush and a fat leaf sunset sherbert, unsure if my blue skunk bx is a boy or girl yet!!

Right now I have Karma OG and Headbanger's males, Sinfully Sour, & Quantum Kush males. There's going to be an orgy over here.
Hopefully will get Blue Shark, Sourkaberry, Moonrocker, & BLP x Chernobyl males :)
nice variety you got going there Vns, that karma headbanger sounds for sure like one to stock, everything ive heard about it is good, be very interesting to see how it goes in a pollen chuck! a person never knows how a type will outcross untill its tried on, i was shattered the DGOG was such a flop to use in either female or male in pollen chucks, never had such miserable results from a chuck as that was lol, yet the original parent stock were fantastic?

These are outdoors bro, have sold all my indoor gear and cupboard in prep for the move in June/July. Just wanted to get this seed run done before I do, just in case the old NL x BB seeds didn't like the move, this way I'll have the F2's to work through.
Dunno if you remember but my first journal on here was the NL x BB? The pictures are gone now but the journal is still on here. Anyway, those beans were from a fair while back. The tahoe and bubba kush look freakin awesome though hey, I'll get some pics up when I get a chance!!

OOOHHHH LORRRRDY...& its a sad tale of woe & destruction!

when it hits these temps...its carnage!

casualty rate has hit 50%, no respite coming so am expecting 100% fatalities in the next few days, only about $600 worth of beans cooked off lol, there have been worse times...2004 a particularly hot summer wiped out many many more than that...
WTF i said 3 Hail Mary's & wished them better luck in their next life!

Small solar setup won't power some fans to keep air moving around or already?
its the ambient heat thats killing them, they are in the shade but its not enough, there is a breeze but its a superheated hot air from the deep western regions of the desert, most of those seedlings are bred under ideal conditions & not able to withstand these temps, if they were pure landrace sativa's they would no doubt handle it here

lol yeah its ridiculous here sometimes, thankfully not every year, i remember here the summer '98/'99, 48C for approx 2mths...the minimums were never under 40C, had the watering can inside watering the bed & sheets 4 times a night...serious..mattress was stuffed at the end of that summer...its skeleton is still laying around outside somewhere, that was the summer i found a wet oz of weed put in a GLAD ziplock could dry to a crisp before it went moldy, shit dried in a sealed ziplock! hell summers, just felt wrecked at the end of those long hotties cos of lack of sleep
