Maybe if you could be a little less specific...

as it stands now its about "as good as 99% of other testimonials selling grow lights out there" or atleast that is what I've been told lol.

Ok gang, how many boards for a 3x3 tent? By the book, that is about 400w min.but 500 is probably a better target.

4 boards pushed to close to 250 per pair seems a bit much in that space (each pair would be on a HLG-240H-C2100).

That's way overkill. I would run no more than 4 boards on a 320H in that space and that's pushing the limit imho. 2 boards on a 240H C1050 will do that space well.

Yep I think so. With new boards being S6 bin you'll be over 2.5 umol/j. A 600 HPS setup would be close to 1.4 umol/j in a very clean air cooled hood. So not quite a 600 HPS but close enough considering the better spectrum. That setup you are talking about would surpass a 1000 SE and some 1000 DEs which is WAYYYYYY to much for a 3X3 lol

Yeah but he could dial his initial setup down to roughly 1/2 power and be perfect with hardware to double his grow space if he ever wanted to. Much more versatile. (Sure I'm available if you need more sales team lol)

Yeah but I'm recommending half so he can still buy the other half later if he needs to expand. It he could run 4 on that 240 and step up with another driver later if he wanted.

Ok, would 2 boards on a C1400B be a good compromise or just stick with the 1050? I think they cost the same so no real risk here.

Can someone tell me what's a good led light for flowering? Something that isn't too expensive lol I'm looking to spend around $250-$300, I grow in a 4x2x5 with 2 plants sometimes 3. Someone told me about the viparspectra par600 it's either that or 2 viparspectra 450w

I'd be able to add to the yield and quality discussion but unfortunately my test run got a terminal case of po-lice.

I'm setting up another run ASAP. Wish I had more hard data to back up my impressions, which amount to, 'holy shit that's a lot of light from not very many watts and it doesn't get hot!' but you've no doubt heard that before.

Just thought those facts would be nice for more people then just myself.
