I know you guys said something to hold the stem up she seems pretty sturdy. Should I still try to find something?
You're good, as long as there's no downward pressure from those larger branches and it holds tight you'll be fine, if you see it sagging, just put some supports under those larger branches. I've done the odd one by accident. Last summer I had a 100 lb branch come down on one of my outdoor plants and salvaged the majority of it with splints, string and tape.

Phew ok. Do you recommend I get some better tape maybe duct tape or some other kind of tape? Would it be safe to unwrap the old tape and put new? I just don't wanna disturb her Or should I just leave her be? I'm kind of sketched out about the scotch tape lol

No, I wouldn't take it apart, if you want some more security just add some duct tape or prop the branches. You don't want to disturb that area any more than you have to.

no its fine, dont tape it, its a common method to spread branches , i do it to every single plant on purpose.

Its a great training method which usually yields better if you do do it, thus creating a light trap vase.

tip once then in 12/12, push down and spread and tear 4-5 major limbs by pushing down.

push to the soil level then leave to flower, two week before harvest strip all fan leaves to bottom without touching white pistils to increase the density of the lower buds

Photo is a harvested plant torn and harvested 1.5 0z with just 2 weeks veg

Look you can tear that branch to the ground in half and it will do zero harm, it will simply callus up as the cambium heals. this will happen within 4-6 days

the only live part of a stem is a1/4 a ml cambium layer between stem and the green bark, .... the white hard xylem centre in the middle of stem well it provides water and it effectively dead material and the phloem distributes energy and nutrients via the cambium.

google the words to learn more

The only risk occurs when the spit doesn't tear even 50/50 in half and gets a bit thin on one side, usually because your heavy fucken light fell on it lol, had that happen once, still plant healed up fine.

if its still attached even by skin you have a winning chance,.
