Training look right??

Geez I really wish I could answer your question but this is my first grow so I don't have much of a clue what to expect I am going on what I have read and what you read can be confusing as there are many theories and techniques growers use, many if not most of them seem to work but I decided to try a sog for my first grow

Good luck! Just keep on trying different things until you find a grow method you like.

I've never done sog or scrog. I've tried supercropping and growing normal. I like normally developed plants the best, that seems to be what works best for me. One of these years I may try scrog. The maintenance of scrog is what has kept me from trying it so far. I am old and may knees and back are not good. I cannot kneel and bending isn't much better, especially low enough to get under a screen. So trying to figure a method of getting the water and nutrients to my plants under a screen in a soil grow has kept me from trying so far.

This is what I came up with to feed the plants once they get under the screen, they are water sprinklers I got from walmart I just turned them upside down put garden hose adapters on and used 1/2 tubing I just stick a funnel in the ind of the tubes to feed... seems to work well

This is the screen I made I will put over the tops of the plants when I switch to flower

And one other thing. Take lots of notes. Starting the day you first touch your seeds to get them to sprout. Then take notes either every day, or at the least every time water. You want notes taken every couple of days. I use those small 3x5 memo notebooks, but whatever works for you is good, as long as you do it.

I have a calendar pinned up next to the tent I keep my notes on :)

That looks good. Do the holes in the sprinklers ever clog though?

No I redrilled all the holes to 1/8" and the sprinkler heads were only 1.50 ea. so poor mans irrigation lol... I have been using cana a/b nutes with canazym and supplementing with blue gold hydro and carb... and of course calmag no plug ups

Yes read and learned a lot over there,,, just got done reading all about super cropping... to this point I have just done LST on them trying to get them to spread out
I tried some Super Cropping on a couple stems of my last grow. Never did get the "Knuckling" effect. But it's great for getting them away from the light in a hurry. Amazing what a beating these plants can take.

I just did some super cropping on mine today, I am thinking I may put the screen over them later next week... I go a problem creeping up... I may be better to put it in a separate post but will try here in this thread..

I have what appears to be a white mold growing on the bottom of my cloth pots where it tends to stay moist I have 3 fans inside the tent to circulate air as well as a 6" exhaust fan so I have plenty of air moving around in the tent, we had some high humidity for several days so maybe that is what did it not sure... anyway it is white and fuzzy looking.. is this a serious problem developing, if so how do I get rid of it or fix it?

you can see the white patches on the bottom of the pots..

I agree, nothing to worry about, I have had actual white mold on my smart pots before, too, when I was running coco and it didn't hurt anything.
Yeap each plant if you flipped right now. You want 20" tall or better at flip to pull a solid oz off each.
I disagree. I have pulled 3oz off a plant that was 24" at harvest, several times, with aggressive training.

The plants look good, good luck OP you are doing well! I would flip those bitches now.

Yeah I didn't clarify it, I may have been high..

Solid oz if it's a clone in a SoG with 1 week of veg from the clone box and no training what so ever. I kinda missed the scrog part till later.

Lol, no worries uhh bro' I assume, that's not a bad "rule of thumb" at all.
I just didn't want any newbs to think it was a "rule of law."

If I only pulled 1 Oz off a plant, I wouldn't bother growing. I have never pulled less than 5 off a single plant. A single Scroged plant can easily pull 8+.

SOG can be magic, though, totally. 32x 1oz plants is still 2lb, and you can do it much faster than ScrOG, if you are willing to laugh at plant count limits, haha. I am happy with my 3-5oz plants, because I like variety. I know a guy who averages 2lb per plant, indoors, on vertical trellis. They take a lot more time, but his yield divided by time is still better than anyone else I know growing indoors. We do not all have the same goals.

I don't have the time to Babysit 32 plants. One big Green Monster is fine.

That if from the @Al B. Fuct harvest every 2 weeks method.... If you pulled bud out every 2 weeks don't think you would mind.
