Second to last light pruning tonight. So far they have responded with explosive growth to my cleaning up the bottom, topping, and thinning out the shaded older leaves and useless popcorn biz. Hoping it pays off at the end. So far so good. They are ripping thru water because of the heat/wind everyday.

I am in the process of selecting flower nutes. Last year a used a combo of RAW Bloom and Beastie Buds and was happy with the results, but I think I can push them further.

Anyone have any tried and true flower nutes they would recommend? Im growing in Roots Original in 5 gallon smartpots. As always, any advice is welcomed and appreciated.[/QUOTE

Wow. That is some serious business right there. Is that one plant all LST'd out? It's so healthy I cant see what's happening behind the lush growth. Haha.

Those are some legit plants my friend. They look like they are loving this weather. I'm in the same position with the size. Not sure what's happening, but my plants are almost all the same size as they where when I finished last year in October.

Its awesome, but also a little concerning. Haha Because I have no idea how big they are gonna get!

I know this might be tough to answer, but when do they typically flip for you? I think the first day I saw budlettes last year was around August 15th.

I couldn't figure it out when my plants looked like that. Flushing didnt help. I ended up transplanting and found out the soil had somehow got super packed and was about 200 degrees. Wasnt rootbound per say, was just choking to death and cooking

No clue if that's applicable to you, as I dont know anything about your soul or if that's even possible for your setup. But it has been ridiculously hot lately so I thought I'd throw it out.

Probably better to listen to more experienced growers before me tho. I'm 100% the new guy. Just looks similar to my leaves before I saved it.

Hey thanks bud! I’m pretty new to this as well I have no where near the experience has slot of these members on this site. The yellowing is coming from the tips of the leaves so I’m ruling out nitrogen deficiency... I’m going to check on them in a bit I’ll post an update

Man...this is my first time growing anything sativa...how many times should I top these things? I'm afraid of how tall they will get. Should I just keep topping it every time it bounces back up until flower?

The flower stretch has me worrying! Hahah

So we are both in the "learn from the pros as we go" boat? Haha If it wasnt for the guys on here I'd still be in the wild rubbing sticks together like a caveman.

Yea, that's close to what I thought. I cant wait to see what these things look like when they get all budded up. I'm praying that we get a nice dry end of the season. I wanna let them go as long as possible this time around. Not like last year...

Same here up in maine mine started around April 15 but was my first grow so not sure if it was just those strains

Hey im in the northeast kingdom. Did i read right that you harvested the 21st of october in vermont? Im a little concerned that i got a late start i germinated june 3rd
