I’m allowed to do anything in my house but it still needs to be inspected

So, you're "allowed" to do anything, as long as another party says it's okay...and you are forced to pay them money for permission and the "services" of the inspector.

If you don't pay them and do something they didn't give you permission to do, they'll eventually shoot you and steal your house. Sounds about right.

Nope no eventual shooting just a fine lol. And yes it’s a way to ensure that your house is safe. The permit for an inspection is $50. It’s a pretty good program IMO. The only issue is if you don’t tell they don’t inspect :(. It’s the “I’m an electrician” and don’t need an permit that seem to do the shit work.

In America, that inspection only takes place before sale.

Inspections are required for additions and other specific items for code compliance and county records.

That's how it works here in the States, at least. I'm curious what differences there might be in your neck of the woods?

If you do any electrical work, plumbing, structural other than repair you apply for a permit, when the work is complete it is inspected and approved. Home sales are typically conditional (by buyer) on a home inspection which is a farce as inspectors have no mandatory training or knowledge base. Where this falls apart is the lack of permits so no inspection. I was just at a house that had an illegal garage built over a gas line, new owners were somehow unaware and the garage had to be torn down :(. Pretty sure someone’s getting sued lol.

Society forces individuals to pay a $50 inspection fee or they will come and use a gun on you and take your house. Show me the place where Rob Roy Moore signed this so-called "social contract".

Why are you forcing black people to make you sandwiches?

blah blah blah
Fuck I’d be happy if it was someone other than a cranky teen :(. Making the sandwich I mean lol

of course you're not

first of all, you're a disabled brokedick who can't even work

second, you couldn;t afford to move there
I already tried living there. My family is all in Jacksonville area now. For me it sucks to be there except for 2 months out of the year. Then it’s really nice down there. I don’t like the heat and humidity.

Dude. I’m free and clear except for my house here. I can sell this lake subdivision house to the Chicago weekend crowd today if I wanted.

You however are stuck doing what you are doing for the long haul.

I paid very little taking advantage of our recovering market. The house next to me just sold for a lot more than I paid. And it’s smaller.

I will be in Colorado this winter. Maybe you want to apologize like a humanist you say you are and meet us at copper mtn for some local backcountry snowboarding.

If you think you can keep up with a disabled meth addled 50 year old.

You should apologize to my wife immediately if you are a man.
