i've been smoking weed for 40 years, on and off....a lot more on than off.
i tried vaping 5 years ago, looked up how to make the juice, made it a few different ways, some people i let try it said it was as good or better than what they made with wax liquidizer or similar products. didn't do fuck all to me, was a waste of my time....i could drain the battery, and the better part of a tank of fluid, and barely feel it. about 2 years ago, i tried again, this time buying both wax liquidizer, and ej mix...same thing, just a waste of my time, i'd get higher sitting in a room with someone else smoking......
so how is this getting more thc into my system? and if it is, why the fuck doesn't it get me high? i realize i'm one individual, but weed definitely gets me high, so if vaping gets more thc into your system, wtf doesn't this get me high?

if they can repeat this test and get the same results, i guess i'll believe it, but it'll never make any sense to me.....cause as far as i'm concerned, vaping is a total waste of time and weed

I have to agree totally. I’ve been smoking for about 15 years now. I have tried several different types of vapes from liquid with wax to the volcano to several portable dry herb/wax vapes. I felt some off of the wax but it’s definitely not ever as strong as smoking. If it was close that would probably be the way I’d got most of the time for pure convenience. I suspect nbc/Comcast may have some interest in vaping lol

i've actually experimented. i've used dry herb vapers, smoked a .5 gram bowl, the regular way. put .5 grams in the vaper a couple of hours later....no comparison....the vaper was weak....
i've made vape juice with VG, PG, PEG, wax liquidizer, and ej blend. i've shared it with other people, so i would have a little control to compare against. they all said it was good....i say it was weak......
i REALLY like getting high before i go deal with people, i REALLY want to be able to have a unit in my pocket i can hit pretty much at will, wherever i am.....i REALLY want vaping to work for me....i'm not looking for it to fail, i'm hoping for it to succeed, but so far, i've been disappointed. which makes me think this study is flawed.....or maybe it's just my head that's flawed ?

I'm in the same boat. Vape juice doesn't have the same buzz at all. I like it because I can hit my vape pen at work and there's not much smell, and I don't get too blasted. I do too much math at work to be floating around in outer space.

Been vaping since the fishbowl days, its the same for me. Even tried the newer vapes and carts out of rocky place and you do get a good headrush and buzz for 15 mins or so, pretty good one, then gone. Nothing like actual smoking. I guess it might be our heads, lol.

1) We need to objectively evaluate novel means of administration, like vaping.
2) We need to do studies that include chronic, tolerant cannabis users. As we know, that is a whole 'nother situation than the occasional, drug-naive users in this initial study.
