It's the New American economy! Just TRY not to support a monopoly! After all, your local, state and federal politicians do, with tax incentives to help them drive more mom n pop businesses under while starving your communities of funding for schools, roads and essential services!

Writer for CNN just got caught and called out by AOC for quote mining her and everyone on Twitter grilled him so bad, he deleted his original tweet. They did the same thing with Sanders in 2016 when they quote mined him on CNN about him saying he would raise taxes, but also eliminate medical premiums and copays, wonder what CNN quoted... More importantly, I wonder why...
Shit like that is exactly why it sticks with enough Americans when Trump spouts "fake news". Corporate media tries to spin a specific narrative. That's also exactly why Pelosi and Schumer's response to Trump's address was feckless and ineffective. They can't offer any valid progressive solutions to the actual problem because they're paid not to by the Democratic party establishment donors, so all they can do is repeat how bad Trump and the Republican solution is and argue about political decorum that doesn't land with the American public.

What sticks with me is that empty bill Sanders produced to completely overhaul the health sector without any details other than "pay for somehow but it will be great" and "Insurance companies will not participate so, fuck you if you like the plan you are in"
Yeah, that wasn't a very good bill but the best Bernie ever wrote.
