Dude forget about my ffof rant above, that was just something I had to do forget about it, ffof is fine for seeds and seedlings.
I've just started my fourth year growing in soil and I've only had three plants including the little Remo above have trouble in ffof, personally I'm going to pick up a bag of something else like the Happy Frog or something to cut the ffof with so the roots can get started a little bit, but I've started many seeds in the three years I've been in soil in ffof and I've only had 2 affected, and now I've got a third affected now that I just flushed but it looks like I got it early, so that's one a year for average having trouble in ffof, I'll take that risk
About the Remo, hard to judge by this wacky plant above, and the other one isn't in flower yet but this smoke is powerful, I was not kidding above you're going to like the remo but you got to get after her and keep topping her because she wants to be a tall skinny lanky thing and as you see above they can become bushy but that plants closing in on a year old too, so.. she's been around so long I named her, I call her Jimmy
if I can answer any remo questions just ask, not sure I'll have too many more answers than what I've posted above but you never know, good luck
Edit: Already looks like the seedling I flushed is doing much better overnite, but it probably wouldn't hurt to keep a bag of milder potting soil around to at least let them start putting thicker roots out before they hit the ffof
