I get that you are disappointed that Sanders and Warren's radical policies aren't well accepted by most US voters. Their problems aren't due to pantsuits or white hair. The RCCC has every legal right to do that and it's in their charter to expand Republican held seats in congress. Its not a conspiracy if its a stated policy out there for everybody to see. You have to make shit up in order to justify your belief that the Progressive movement is growing. If you look at how people are voting, most people are middle of the road conservative. It's not that they oppose change but they want it to be done well, are skeptical of grand solutions and take time to come around to new ideas.

The ACA was crafted quickly and narrowly slipped through the crack of a closing door just before the obstructionist Republican Congress came into power. It was vilified early on but people eventually came to support it and now Republicans in contested districts treat it like a high power line. They don't touch it. 9-years from "hate Obamacare" to don't you dare repeal the ACA. These movements take time and push too hard, people push back. You have it backwards. The US public isn't thirsting for rapid change, they thirst for good government and incremental well managed change. Republicans have shown they are inept at governing. Democrats have to take advantage of that opening.

It's not cheating for the DCCC to follow its charter. Its charter is to expand Democratic control of Congress. They see primarying as a threat to seats already held by a Democrat. Where did you get this idea that the DCCC was some sort of neutral fund for any Democrat who wants to run? I'm perfectly fine with Democrats coming together to attempt to primary an incumbent and support a candidate they agree with. That's how its supposed to work. The charter for the DCCC is:

Passage of the ACA was a narrow thing. There was no chance that a single payer system or other universal healthcare plan passing in 2010. The original bill in the senate had a public option for people to choose and it had the option for people approaching retirement age of 65 to buy in. Both were opposed by Democratic Senators, without whom the bill could not be passed. The final version made it through a narrow margin to avoid filibuster.

You guys are just making shit up. Also Bernie lied about it when he said exactly what you just did during the campaign in 2016. The ACA has made healthcare accessible to tens of millions of people who did not have it before it went into law. Nor would they have that insurance if Democrats had tried to push a more comprehensive bill through. That kind of intransigence by your kind explains why Bernie hasn't gotten one damn thing done in his 14 years as a Senator. Unless you want to count changing the name of a Post Office as a grand achievement.
