Pretty sure he was adding flavorless...shatter batter... he mentions that you can buy terps to add
but he prefered the natural terps...
any how I have about 12 of these refills and a rechargeable unit...Once I figured out how to open it..lol
Figured I might as well try refilling them....mine isn't quite the same as his but similar
I can't see why it could not be perpetually refilled....if you have a supply of shatter or oil

its the added terps part that gets me..
I want PURE 100% natural Terps with my THC and all the rest of what evers in there

I used to use one of them thing and it got real old real quick..... with cleaning
as once the cart gets dirty yer stuck with it until what ever ya have in there is gone..
nothing worse than a dirty cart
Then theres the PG or VG...... Vape juice aint for me..
buy one of them there burner types and put oil dabs in it.... THERE YA GO quick and 100% no fuss every time
The things are good for tight spots.and even then.. if you have one on you..yer good for a fine in your car lol

Ok...here's the skinny on these things. The disposable pens are more or less history. There were filled once and thrown out. They were crap......many failures and the customer couldn't get the oil out....not good and I stopped those. They were good though if you were going somewhere where it may be confiscated or a concert type thing. If the heat get hot...toss it. So they still have some place. JuJu joint was common one and still is.
Then.....................
The trend at the same time was too get a refillable vape pen for concentrates. Some are good..some are shit. I have a earlier Puffco and it works quite well. But yes it needs cleaned. GB is correct, you can load shatter, butter, oil, wax or any other meltable concentrate in those. Cleaning in hot boiling alcohol works good for my puffco. Clean as new..almost.
But now we have these disposable cartridge rechargeable pens.
THEY ARE THE BOMB.
You keep the battery and replace the cart.
Sorry Dan but they do not refill well. Your lucky to get two goes from it. They are designed as throwaways. And for good reason. They don't refill well. Not with pure concentrates anyway.
Possibly if your mix that crap flavoring in you might. But I can't say as I don't do that.
They are junk after the first use basically. We tried...IT DOESN'T WORK. NOT WELL ANYWAY. Your just making life tougher if you try to reuse them...sorry...but that;s the deal. Like it or not...they are disposable.

For sale on many sites from 30 and up per cart. Mostly distillate but honey is there as well if you look harder.

Is that for distillate....definitely cost more. plus some carts are 1 gram ..some are .5ml...there is also a .8ml and a1.2-1.3 ml carts as well.

wow sounds difficult to navigate at best...These ones are 30 and 60 bucks depending on size..
and supposed to be ran with supercritical medical grade co2 extraction process leaving zero solvents and ran at low temps
I just bought a few and have nothing to refill with anyways

I have to agree with Hippy on this one.My wife has used many vapes, Puffco, Arizer, Magneto, and a few disposables. They never last more than a few months and are a pain to clean and refill. Disposables are still more expensive but the price should come down if they become popular.
that's what all the 14 to 18 year olds rave about lol
A buddy has a few lying around where ever he goes with pure oil in a replaceable cheap cart...
they are the issue at hand. used once..toss.....

I don't think it's planned as much as the concentrates are hard on any device. Even a dab rig gets grungy. I don't think anyone actually planned this. It's the nature of the smokables being used more.
The advantage to the throw wy is no cleaning needed...brand new performance every time.
I like my puffco and it can be cleaned pretty good. But the performance of these carts is second to none honestly.
