How do my plants look??? New grow closet setup

So I have two plants growing out of a party cup in Fox Farm ocean Forest potting soil and so far they're doing pretty well but for some reason one of them seems to be very droopy for the last week or so and I'm not sure why!! I've been watering it every day or so because it dries out so fast. I'm running a 150 watt HPS along with a T5 4 bulb setup that puts out 75k I believe. Would like your thoughts, should I transplant them?? I haven't grown in a couple of years so I'm trying to do a lot of low stress training with these two plants and eventually put them into 3 gallon containers but I'd like the best advice possible on how I'm making my grow as successful as possible.

Thank you, I'm having to water them every day though because I put my finger down about an inch down and it's pretty much dry some the light Heat and the plant taking all the moisture in the soil...should transplant???? I wanted to grow both of these LST and keep them short in the 3 gallon container.

I drill little 1/4 in holes in bottom and a few in the sides to help dry out the cup a little more evenly for better root growth. That's just what I have seen to work also!

I did that and I water till I get a good amount of runoff...when the soil feels light I water again. Which is every morning basically....should I transplant to the 3 gallon...??? I wanna lst all around the 3 gallon pots to keep them short cause of my low light output(right? Or is my lights enough for 2???

They look like plants. What kind of lights are those? And do you really need both of them on? Also you should get rid of the towel and set them on something smooth that you can wipe down. That towel is a magnet for dirt, bugs, lint, etc...

Your plants look fine.

Good luck

I watered then this morning. One looks relatively fine but the other one looks like it's really distressed....idk what to do!!! It looks like it may die...the other one looks good though right??? The solid dries out fast!!!! Is that normal for plants this size???

What's the temp like under there? Lights are awful close for such little plants. Raise them up some. That will also solve your overwatering lssue. Hps one dropping? It's not a good light for veg. Not enough blue light. Better with both just under the T5 for now. Don't transplant, yet.

Ok no problem will do!!!! I'll raise the lights up about 6 inches???? I know the T5 have to be lower than the 150 HPS light, so how should I do this? Should I just run one light or both?

I feel like I could be pretty hot in there when the closet is closed even with two fans blowing I think I just need to raise the lights and the temperature should go down??

Ok, arranged the lights a little bit probably around six inches or so. At least the HPS light... should I keep both lights running?? I try to put them in the middle of both lights so they get both spectrums.... I have both of them in the middle so they're under the same kind variables and the same strain... it sucks because the bigger one is the one that's doing the worst.

I'm not sure how do you check it and what's the best area to check the temp in the growroom???
Get a lil $5 hygrometer and put it right in between the 2 of em and your looking for 75 temps and 55-60 rh (ish) lots of variables. But that light should be like 24+ inches above the plants at that stage I would think to bro

Should I just keep it like this???? Whag should I do with my lights and should I really be watering them everyday???? Or do you think it's the soil or the heat during them up???? I raise the HPS up about 6 or 7 inches, not so what to do about the T5 though, if I should just keep it where it's at or should I turn one of the lights off????? You guys are the true OGs hahahaha thanks everyone!

Turn the hps off use the T5 at 24" now you got holes put them on glass plate to catch runoff and very very light like 2ml/gal on a grow nute and maybe 1-2ml/gal micro
