First grow, signs of stress, not sure how to proceed

Hi Guys,

Setup:
4x4 (1,2m x 1,2m) Tent
480w full spectrum quantum board (hlg v550)
20/4 cycle
23-26 celsius
humidity 60-70%
3 x Blueberry automatic
3 x Amnesia Haze automatic
3 x Gorilla Glue automatic
Soil: biobizz light mix
26 days old

I gave them some root stimulants, enzymes and Vitamines
and 1/4 of the recommended nutes 3 - 2 - 3 ratio
From the very beginning they showed yellow spots on the older leaves and now the tips are curled down more than 90 degrees
I dont really know how to proceed, since im not experienced. Did I overfeed or overwater? Do I need to flush the soil?
From what I researched till now, I think it is nitrogen excess, since the biobizz light mix has a good amount of nitrogen already.
I would really appreciate some advice.

I see possible signs of overwatering and maybe a bit of Nitrogen exess. The texture of the leaves and the fact that they seem to be drooping is what is making me think overwatering is in play, and the very dark green color would seem to indicate nitrogen excess. The leaf showing the most damage may be like that because it looks like its sitting atop the soil. How do you determine when you should water the plants?

Agree with previous reply, leaves should not touch soil, Nitrogen excess (Leaves look too dark (Dark green) and watering possible other problem....

Looks more like phosphorus deficiency to me. Some red drifting into stems, light spots at first and then progressively getting more yellow and brown mottled spots. Also, I see what appears to be some purple tinting of the leaf blades
What is the temperature swing of the tent you are growing in?

I water, when it is dry about 2 inches (5cm) deep in the soil. About 1 liter every 5 days or so.

Arent those signs of a nitrogen toxicity? I kinda paranoid when it comes to overfeeding, since I am also seeing burned tips on the Amensia Haze (last pic)
Temperatures are kinda stable, sometimes its gets cold when I open a window in the room where the tent is located. At night it get below freezing here in europe, but the quatum board doubles as a heater...

And be mindful of your pH.. pH issues can make things appear as nute problems. If your micro dosing the nutes and it appears as if your over feeding it could be a pH issue.. Either pH of feeding solution or soil pH.

I agree... that may indeed be an issue what is the ph of the root stimulator, enzymes and vitamins solution you gave them? And the type and PH of the water you use when not using that solution? And with the yellowing from the beginning thing, how much did you give them and when.
I haven't ever used that medium. But I just looked up the composition and it doesn't seem like I would have added much of anything to it yet.
So, not sure on anything yet but we are also dealing with multiple plants too. Could you please post a vertical picture of the most effected plant of each type, that includes the whole plant at once? Including the pot your pot is in. It would make it easier for all of us to help.
Are they just starting to flower too?

It can be. But there's other things it could be too. We need to see whole plant at once and know more information.

My pH pen went ass over tit and for a little bit I know I blasted my grow with higher than planned ph'd solution.

Oh and typically check the new grow to check if u fixed the issue.. Banged up leaves will remain banged up no matter if u fixed the issue or not..

I would leave this vent, just run it on a lower level (if possible) and/or turn the vent a bit more out of direction of the top of the plant. The leaves should still move every other 2-5 seconds but dont have to be in the wind constantly. If you are having big fat buds then that another story but this is not the case yet so you dont have to worry for budrot currently.

Hey thanks for the replys!
I decided to give a them a light flush (about 10l with a ph of 6.5) and turned off the vent for a couple of days. Also switched the intake/exhaust to full power (from 50%)
They bounced back really nice. So now they are exactly 1 month old.
How should I proceed with nutrients?
Since I gave the soil a decent flush and roots conquered the entire pot, I feel like some nutes would really boost their size. I read that autos like veg nutes till week 6.
I do have a full kit of nutrients here, but I dont want to overfeed them again.
What are your experiences with nutrients and autos?

Check the nutes.. Are they slow release? If so you may want to make a tea.. It makes the nutes available quicker. Either way it's a learning experience. Take clones from them b4 the switch to flower.. And your next go round try not to make the same mistakes.. When you can do it without any mishaps I will be the one asking the questions..

Hey big update, so it is day 39 now and it had severe yellowing and wilting on the gorilla glue plants.
At this point every plant is showing the same symptoms: yellowing with brown spots on the upper and middle leaves.
I gave them some veg nutes Hesi Tnt Complex with only 1/4 of the recommended dose.
Is it light burn maybe?
The quantum board is at about 36 inches height.
