And you know what happens when pay goes up? Inflation goes up, and those wages go right back to buying about the same amount as ever. African Americans have been suppressed by our government in the workplace legally until about 50 years ago, and since then it has been a long road. That is like saying my a kid is taller than they ever have been before. Of course they are.
