Foliage problems, first grow. HELP!!

Hi everyone, this is my first ever set up and attempt to grow and I’m running in to a few problems. I’m running a 450W LED 25” above my 3 girls, I also have a rotating fan on 24/7. The temperature was getting to a high off almost 40C during the day. I figured this temperature was to high so keeping door open and only getting to a max of around 33C now, With around 45% humidity. The girls are almost 1 month old and I just started giving them nutrients around a week ago. I’m also PH balancing my water after all nutrients to 6.5. I’m watering 1L every 3 days per plant. The nutrients can be seen in pictures below, I am feeding as follows.
Potash - 5ml/L
Organic - 2.5ml/L
Nitro - 5ml/L
**All recommended at 10ml/2L**
So my question is... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? And, WHAT SHOULD I CHANGE? keep in mind this is all from my own research and I’m by no means a professional haha. Thanks in advance folks

The max the leaves can handle is between 33 and 35c and any thing near this will cause especially small plants to transpire sweat too quick and maybe even dry soil too quick especially top part

For that size of plant no higher than 28c, and even that is pushing it. 26 is the sweet spot, and a bit more when plants get bigger

40c is way too high. 33c is way too high. you want it about 27 or 28c MAX. The humidity is too low it should be about 50 or 60 in veg. They look like they are either overfed or they are suffering from a potassium deficiency or something along the lines of that

Soil compaction is a common problem for many lack understanding, you also need at least bottom holes in containers big drill bit and side holes is great too.

Never put big debris on top soil. Roots want to breathe as much as possible, that will bring potential for future root rot what you have done there

Raise your feed a little bit, give the plants a bit more food. and try and lower the temperature even more. you want it about 27c. and raise the humidity a little bit

What kind of soil did you use? Way too much and too big chunks of perlite that soil not too good. Too much perlite means you are lacking in nute rich soil!!!

Personally I would transplant that and soon. Next medium you use use miracle grow potting mix no soil compaction!!! Air holes throughout container before transplant

Wait a second, it also looks like you either just transplanted that or you started in way too large containers

Those are way too small for 1 month age!!!! Always remember, how your plant starts first month and half will be the decider if you have good yield or not, good weed or chemical weed

get yourself a intake fan, fresh air being pulled into the grow room is a must, otherwise your just circulating the same stale air, if you don’t sort the issue your plant will burn

To grow good weed you need minimum 200w and if cfls or leds, always close to the leaves careful not to burn or heat stress them. Dont expect much yield on 200w. Around 1oz

You don't need to feed just use miracle grow potting soil. But if it makes you feel better and more expert to feed lol, use root farm and lets grow a and b by the brand g.e.t. and use only as directed. 2+ week into flowering you can add a bit of bone meal will help flowering but a little goes a long way.

I love bone meal because it does not affect ph even though I never care about ph, its soil compaction many people get it confused with. Bone meal is also a slow release nute

No, humidity can be as low as 25 percent no problem. But if it is a hotter area, humidity will help the plant to transpire sweat less
