Looks good still. Cant wait to see what happens. Im gonna veg mine awhile longer since I have some other plants catching up yet.
Advice on my first grow. When to switch, health and general.

Yeah I'm excited too I hope it's not to early to flower her out.
I have a 3inch tall seedling that I'm going to try to grow with some bulbs and sunshine. I could not veg the other one another 6 weeks+ to let the seedling catch up.

I'd throw in a calcium magnesium supplement with the 3 part your giving it, but stop the calmag halfway through bloom. And water less often I also think would help.

After this run I'm thinking of getting some purple kush and maybe some super lemon haze.

Is it yellow or brown? Whats your nutrient schedule at this point? Im on my phone so i have shitty screen. And is it just hitting one leaf or multiple?

Just the one leaf and brown not yellow. Every 3 days or when pot is dry and light.
Nutes are in pic. I have 2 or 3 yellow ones at the bottom but I assume shes a little hungry.
Nutes feeding is
Max grow 8ml
Max bud 4ml
Max minerals 5ml

Light off temp is 70-68.9, lowest dip was 66.9. Because my furnace shit the bed one night.
And around 75-79.2 lights on.
In a 36"×36"×72" tent.
The room is in the basement, part developed but I do have those kids play mates down to buffet from cold concrete.
I have a smallish heater that seems to be unable to keep up the heat nicely.
Any thoughts on how to maintain a warmer room short of having to buy a new heater.
I do have enough drywall to fully develop the room and maybe some insulation bates.
But doing that means I would have to build with moisture in mind and I'm a framer not a dry waller or insulation installer.
I have loads of poly 0.5millimeter 6' roll around 200' worth of it. Maybe 100 2×4, 104"5/8.
Thoughts on how I should proceed.

Sorry didnt reply earlier. The brown looks like it could have been nitrogen deficiency that you didnt notice earlier and it died off. Do you have any other pics of the other leaves. Are they still yellowing? Im still on this crap phone and i dont get notices half the time.
I don't see any signs whatsoever of either Calcium or Magnesium issues. No sense adding what the plants aren't asking for.
If you're using tap water and not distilled or RO, that usually has all the Ca and Mg you need, combined with what already may be in your nutrients.
Likewise, I see no real indication of over watering either.
Keep doing what you're doing the way you're doing it.

Its flowering started on the 18th. And lights out holds at 68.7 well lights on gets to 79
Any ideas on how to get higher night temps.
Day temps I can play with my fan timer.

As for the yellow leaves I'm not to worried about it. It's not many 2-4 of the lower leaves. Pics can come tonight as she's for 2 more hours.
