Just a few words of experience with fast buds.... Zkittles is trash (maybe i got bad packs but man this one was BAD). Gelato is the best I have had by far- super potent and delicious. Smoothie, blue dream, lemon ak, and pineapple express are all ok. Blackberry is very pretty but not potent at all. Interested to see how the new "originals" are but I wont be trying them personally, I'm moving on to photos.
If your lookin to swap some Auto beans for photos inbox me...

What the heck man, I’m doing GG auto Fast Buds. I’m 7 weeks in on a DWC and the suckers haven’t flowered yet. I’ve read that DWC can cause them to take a bit longer. They look nice and healthy, strong green and huge tap roots. Any idea on what to expect?27A00612-E704-48A3-BD4F-2043850D8883.jpeg

I have one now that's almost done. Firstly, it was the only one in the pack that popped. It vegged for 2 months and it's been under 12/12 since mid march. Big floral buds, smells great. Very little fade but it'll be done in a week. It will more than cover my pack cost, but germination was no good.

I have heard the tangie could go long (the Pineapple express too) and it did here. Crazy time frame, lol.
I am on day 49 of my gorilla glue auto and they haven’t even started to show pistils yet. DWC and they look nice and healthy, but I think DWC takes a lot longer. I’ve been growing a photo period plant since January and the buds are just starting to ripen to the point of harvest in prob start of June

Can't really see anything through that blurple in your pics, but those plants look very small to be that old. Can't tell through the blurple if it's the angle or they're really that little. Also, that light looks extremely heavy on the blue spectrum and lacking in the red. Red grows flowers. Blue grows leaves.

Light is even UV/IR. I'll turn the blue off during the bloom cycle. The plants are in fact very small. Two are on day 40 but the other 6 are day 50. Much of that issue is I had the lights too close. I backed them off and they are stretching out nicely.

I read on the Mephisto grow guide that DWC can extend the grow by a few weeks for autos, so that would put this on pace for a 90-day cycle.

So they're still growing nicely.

I don't think you're going to happy with the results from that light, but we'll see.

I get it you don't like them, but tell me why. And what you might recommend. Otherwise, I'm sitting here with my thumb up my ass one handed typing and getting no answers. Thank you!
There are tons of good lights out there, LEDs included, so it wouldn't make sense for me to recommend one specifically. Blurples are about 5 generations of LED tech out of date and they're the main reason that people avoided LEDs like the plague for so long. The best advice I can give would be to research the LED lighting section on this site and look up current, up-to-date information elsewhere to make the most informed decision possible the next time you upgrade your lighting. For what it's worth, any light with a veg/bloom switch is probably going to suck. I would look for something full spectrum with extra red.

Gotcha, thank you. They specifically say in the manual that they are full spectrum, so are they lying? I can return them to Amazon if so :)

Only thing from them I have run was an LSD-25. Weird plant. The main stem hardens off very early and isn't really conducive to training. I killed the first one trying to LST it be

What light schedule are you on right now?

Me? Wasn't sure since you quoted both of us. I'm on 24/0 with autos now. When I ran the LSD it was 20/4 but it was winter so didn't have to worry so much about humidity spikes during the dark period (4" exhaust fan). Seeing how 24/0 is shaping up, I don't think I'll be doing dark periods for autos in the future.

Lol, not sure how I quoted you. However I was asking Latavius and I was going to suggest cutting the light time. Me personally, seeing no pistils on day 49, I'd put that puppy on 12/12 right now, if not sooner ;)
Thanks man will do, I was planning on cutting back the lights once I grew them out a little bigger. Figure since they're not flowering yet, might as well milk it. But they are showing pistils now!

Also, I was able to return all 4 of those blurple lights and picked up the white leds, mars brand. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions!
