How many times do you water every day when you run Coco is it the same throughout the entire grow like when I transplant them start off with once a day and I’m thinking maybe workouts it’s a 4 to 5 times a day in flower and keep my ppm around 400 because it will be high frequency feeding so 200cal. Mag and 200 a and b nutes

Well I was growing in 2 gal coco and watering once a day in flower but I was hand watering 12 plants and never got around to automating. I would add 150-200 ppm calmag to ro then add from 400 to 600 never really going over 800 total. I use canna coco a&b, liquid seaweed, and cannazym then pk 13/14 for boost. So is your res where you mix nutes dropping ph or just your runoff? You are drain to waste right? Never heard of anyone watering more than once a day with hempy that's the point of the little res. Also the smaller the res the faster your ph will drop so maybe the small containers are causing it Ive always done buckets. You might just wanna drill holes in the bottom if you're gonna water more frequently.

Rez is bang on 6.5 it stays that way for 2 weeks after that it drops but I only let sit for 2 weeks tops my Rez in Hempy buckets was dropping I just checked on them their finally stable little pot was 6.5 so it didn’t Chang at all and big pot was 5.7 so it went down but no where near as fast as it was bad news it the ppm on my run off went up 25ppms in little one and the big on 5ppms so hopefully their bouncing back and just shocked now that the buckets ph have stabilized I changed my rez ph to 6.1 and did a 3 min feed I’ll check right before lights off and lights on tomorrow and see if they ate anything

This go around I did 150ppm of cal mag and 180ppm feed could the cal mag be locking out my feed ?

I vegged clones 2 weeks or seed till around 18" and got 20-24 oz usually around 22 from 600w hps (1.75-2oz per plant). That was a 4x4 with a 3x3 tray but had to downgrade to a 3x3 for space reasons so now im deciding between a couple big hempys or 4 or 6 2 gal every 5 weeks for perpetual (8 or 12 total gonna depend on heat. That hempy is 1.5 x 3 and have 4 2gal in veg to start in 5 weeks. I run everything around 10 weeks so works out well.

3 rows of 4 there's 3 shorter ones in the middle that are hard to see. No training just lollipopping the bottoms after stretch. So nice for trimming just mostly one bud barely any popcorn. That grow got away from me cause it was 3 different strains from fem seed

That was my second time trying jacks 321 too so got a bit nute burn. Went back to that canna chart for that hempy and it's growing great.

Nah some do 4 per sq ft which is actual sog mine is just kinda sog. When they are close they naturally dont bush as much so it works out good with 12 even 9 would work well. Those were Useful gg4 x chocolate diesel in front sunset sherbet x chocolate diesel in middle and orange cookies x chocolate diesel in the back. They're in a 3x3 tray for run off I vaccum up. I'll go over to your post so we don't clog up the hempy thread

Going for broke is great but there are many ways to get there. You can pack a 4x4 with 36 2L like Mobus / short veg / no topping / little trimming, or fill the space with 1 plant topping and training. But generally there's a spot in between that fits your space time etc.

I run a 4x4 space and I've settled on 4 med sized plants in 2gal buckets, but have tried to fill the space every way possible over the yrs.
I've read about your nute burn issue, and haven't seen any pic's, but I'm going to venture that you've been watering/feeding too much. I know it's "Impossible" to over water a hempy, but the nutes in the rez can get concentrated if they don't get used up. I'm a firm believer in letting the bucket dry out before watering.

And as I read the past pages catching up I saw talk of using a 10gal container. Well if your not looking for this then use a smaller container

My PPM is going in as of today are 280 in 1 to 2 hours it’s down to 5.2 by next morning it’s in the mid fours I’ve done countless flushes my PPM throughout the grill never went past 600 ppm‘s as soon as week for flower head I started seeing burns back down P PMs problems only got worse now I’m in week six flower feeding 280 P PMs after a heavy flush by next morning I’m sitting at 290 to 300 ppm‘s runoff out of my head the bucket Rez and 4ish ph The only thing I can think of is root rot so I’m gonna treat with hydrogen peroxide today I just don’t know what strength to use I have 3% I got at the store I was thinking plug the drain hole in my happy bucket fill the bucket up to the brim let it soak for three hours drain rinse and then feed and see if it helps what do you think also that plant is fucking huge holy shit

Also a sidenote I always dump the empty buckets empty until Tim over on their side and drain them of all the water then I refeed my guess is that I always kept the happy bucket reservoir 100% full For the entire grow and caused what I’m guessing is root rot

I love my Hempy Buckets. Been using them for 4 years. Mine is a modified coco/perlite Hempy.
I use solo cup HempyS and also 1 and 3 gallon Hempys.

That looks a lot worse than nute burn. When you touch the dead ends do they just crumble between your fingers? I've had something several times that looked similar and I believe it was some sort of fungus in the root zone. Have you seen any gnats?

No gnats but they do crumble I treated one last night to 60ml of 3%h2o2 in 5 gal of ro water for a 3hr soak after I capped her drain hole I filled her to brim and let sit 3 hrs then drained and fed ph seemed to stabilize finally she only dropped .2 points in 12 hrs as compared to the 2.5 drop iv been seeing so it seemed to help just to be safe I’m useing a dose of 10lm of 3%h2o2 in their feed for the remainder of their life also I’m going to let them drink the Rez in the buckets dry before I refill them as apised to keeping them full Which is my guess that caused this issue I ran into this last grow two with Coco I had a plant and a 5 gallon bucket of Coco same exact issue couldn’t figure it out ended up harvesting early when I pull the roots out of the bucket when I chopped her down I realize she was nowhere near route it out in the bucket so I was flooding her with water every day not knowing I was drowning her my guess is that grow as well I had some sort of microbial or bacterial infection in the root zone causing three point pH strap overnight so I guess you can overwater Coco if they’re not route it out in whatever pot you have them in
