The "10" packs were actually 12 beans, 1 did not germinate so had 23 plants total to sort through with 8 moving on to the next stage
Haven't been keeping track of the weeks on the second FB run but they get a wattage bump tonight

You do know you'r start date though right? Within a day or two? I've done these on an early 9 & have also taken to 10.5-11. Depending on which LEDs i used. Watch it be a solid 9 under hps. Lol! They start off whispy but fill in nice. Sativaish. About 300% stretch in soiless/synthetics. How you making out in the Grean Bicycles soil? Any tea feeds yet?

Ya I have my date written down.
The soil mix in the top half of the bed is on the 3rd round.
Top dressed maybe 1 1/2 cups of the Ocean Bounty on the whole bed and gave Tea 1time.
Other than that the bed is on Blumat Auto Pilot

I ask cuz when my veg plants sat for a longtime in the small pott & eventually ran out of soil food, i top-dressed but maybe I went to heavy. Went solid & water would sit.

Finally was able to take a peak in on the progress of the grow I helped a family member get going previously in this thread.
Now bare in mind that we made the soil mix from scratch and front loaded it with Grean Bicycles Ocean Bounty ONLY...
They have not even so much as used a tea or anything other than literally grabbing the garden house and watering the plants with TAP water. Probably not always on the right timing and allowing to get a bit to dry on a few occasion also.
I was not expecting to see what the results are turning out to be....WOW
Probably 2 weeks to finish them up nicely but looking mighty fine.

On the cloning front. I believe I have finally cracked the code for running an aero cloner 24/7 with no cloning solutions, Clear Rez, Peroxide, Pool Shock, or any other BS...

What I have done is set up a InkBird Aquarium thermostat with the temp probe stuck in the res of the aero cloner. When the temp hits the set point and activates the cooling output it energizes a 120V solenoid valve hooked into my filtered tap water source and allows fresh cool water to flow into the cloner.
I have placed a 3/4" elbow drain fitting into the side of the cloner at a height to maintain the water level just below the spray bar.
So far this is working out absolutely beautiful and producing clones like gang busters for nothing more than the cost of some tap water!

I have also found that even with only 2 T5 lamps turned on in the proximity to my clones, it is too much light and yellows them out too quick. So I made up a Shade screen out of a scrap of heavy duty "pet screen" and it gave right at a 50% intensity reduction.

Family member thats been in the trenches for years here in Northern Cali gifted me the cut. I have a hunch it's one of those those things your not going to get very close to in seed form

Thanks. I actually found it after doing a bit more searching last night - Sunwest Genetics has it, and Sensible Seeds has it available from 3 different breeders. It's simple enough to make, I just didn't want to take all that time to make it if someone has seeds readily available.

Hey Brother! I just germinated some seeds for my other tent, which I will be using my Grean Bicycles on! I had a quick question though. My plan was to pop the seeds into some rapid rooters once they come off the float (I am germing in some water bottles w/hydrogen peroxide and liquid seaweed) and then pop them into my propagation tray until they build some roots, then transplant in 1 gal pots. I was going to introduce them to the Grean Bicycles once they go into the 1 gal pots, or should I put some into the propagation tray? Usually soak them in plain water overnight and plant them into a potting mix amended at 1/2 strength with he Ocean Bounty or even into recycled soil.
I don't use rapid rooters but you could try just hitting them with the happy endings tea once they get a true leaf going

Thanks for getting back to me so fast Brother! I will keep you updated on how all this goes! This is my first time starting from seed, my first run was from clone. This journal inspired me to give these guys a run, and needless to say I am super excited!

Got my soil mixed and brewing up my first batch of Happy Endings to speed up the composting process. Stuck with my soil mix of 60% ProMix, 30% CoCo, 10% Perlite. I added 2lb of worm casting, about a half-pound of GroKashi and 4 lbs of Ocean Bounty to approx 25 gals of soil. Brewing 2 gallons of Happy Endings to add to the mix, I will let it brew for 24 hours or so before tossing it in. It's been about 24 hours that the seeds have been soaking. Only the 9lb Hammer seeds have sunk so far, all of the other strains are still floating, although I did notice a taproot starting on a few. I'm going to let them sit another 24-36 hours while I wait for the tea to finish brewing. I think I might skip the rapid rooters and plant directly into solo cups with the amended soil. It's not half strength, hopefully it isn't too much for them. I did talk to Patrick from Grean Bicycles and he said I should be good with what I have going. Thanks again for putting me onto this stuff Brother!

If you have a little extra coco or ProMix just cut down the amended soil a bit in the area where your gonna stick the seed if you having any concern it could be too hot.
If that is a true 25 gallons of soil with 4lb's Ocean Bounty you are on the light side and will be perfectly safe

A little Garden Update:
Fuel Bomb round 1 has been harvested and drying

Having a bit or pest pressure from Broad Mite in my flower area so decided to clear out the whole area and reset rather than fighting a battle in flower.
First side has been reset with a full run of Blood Diamond OG Kush

If you have a little extra coco or ProMix just cut down the amended soil a bit in the area where your gonna stick the seed if you having any concern it could be too hot.
If that is a true 25 gallons of soil with 4lb's Ocean Bounty you are on the light side and will be perfectly safe

I measured the soil using 5 gallons buckets. I filled 5 buckets with the mix and put it into a large 45-gallon tote, then I added the amendments and mixed by hand for about 30-45 minutes, just to make sure it was a good even mix. Looks great. Starting with some cheaper genetics this round just so I can get the feel for starting from seed and what does and doesn't work. I have a nice area set up and waiting for them. 20 9oz solo cups under a 90w T5. Planning to pop them straight into those cups once I get the tea in and let it sit for a bit. Will cover with saran wrap until I notice some greenage and then remove that wrap and let them set under the T5 until they have 3 branches/leaves before transplanting into 1-gallon pots. From there I plan to transplant into 5-gallon pots after about 3-4 weeks. Appreciate your guidance bro.
