Your medium looks really dry for coco....you should be feeding every watering too.

I've been phed at 5.9 and my light is 250w in cool tube at about 12inches

I'm feeding with every watering and its really dry because I've just chucked some more coco on top coz I had really bad stretch from it

The stretch would come from the lights...not the wet coco. Coco needs multiple waterings a day.

yeah yeah I moved the light a little closer and covered with fresh coco im worried about overwater coz it still seems quite wet everytime I go to feed

Your seedling looks like it's starving.

You might consider starting in a smaller pot with your next grow.........maintaining the proper moisture level for a small plant in a large pot will be a challenge.

Coco basics:
Feed daily to substantial run off using a pH around 6.0.
Never give plain water.
Never let the coco get dry.

That's some really fine looking coco, and by that I mean very small particles. Coco comes in different grades, and some, especially brick coco, is very fine and very water retaining.

So I think you might be overwatering. Small plant in a big pot, kinda dense medium, watering every day. Fits the bill.

Feed by how the pot feels, don't stick to a schedule.

I've been feeding at ec 0.9 my water is ec 0.3 on its own

You actually can. I grew in this type of mix for like 8 years and if you dont have an established root system and just start hammering them with multiple feeds a day or even everyday they are going to get waterlogged. You have to allow for a certain amount of dryback to allow the root system to grow. Op's seed looks like its in way to big of a pot, and if hes watering everyday its most likely waterlogged, hence the drooped down leaves.
What size pot are you in and how much are you giving them daily?

I see some issues. Pot size is way to big for the size of plant, especially in Coco. You should add more perlite next time for better aeration IMO.

You need to be able to water everyday to runoff. Bigger pot size will only create room for water stagnation and anaerobic environment. You have to change your view and think hydro, not soil.

I've grown trees in Coco back in the day with just 3 gallon pots. Good luck!

you reckon a 50% coco and 50% perlite i bought it ready mixed from plant magic at 70% coco and 30% perlite

@lambokid your plant is underwatered it's drooping and it's a very light green colour this is classic symptoms of not enough water. Google it you will see.
