Tiny Plant Stopped Growing

I'm attempting to grow an Exodus Cheese Auto CB (and just recently OG Kush in the bare pot next to it).

I'd appreciate any advice since it look like this plant is going nowhere.

The sprouted seed was planted on the 4th March (13 days ago).

The plant has grown centimeter or so and remained the same for over a week, yet forming yellow and dark spots on two of the four leaves. (lamp too close?)

Growing in a closet with doors half open when lights are on for air circulation and to regulate humidity. Air circulation isn't the best since I'm going in a closet afterall, but for now, due to having people coming in and out my apartment (for legal reasons) I'm avoiding a grow tent and fans.

Medium: Coir and Perlite
Water: Twice a day (drips from tap and a spray) - coir is usually quite dry.
Temp: 22 degrees (72F)
Humidity: 60-65 approx supplied by constant humidifier (introduced only yesterday) - I'm hoping this made be the solution to prompt growth.
Light: 120 Watt at 70cm elevation
USB fan (introduced yesterday) for air circulation and to blow on stem (apparently to strengthen against figurative wind?)

Complicated a simple plant.
Autos can run on bagged soil alone.
No guessing
In a much larger container and I’m aware they can be transplanted. I’ve done it. I’m also not posting pictures asking for help. Miracle Gro makes organic potting soil and it’s not hot. I’ve tried it. Requires more perlite for sure but it’s available at grocery stores. Black bag.

I’m still learning. Just happy to be trying something new. I’ll try this approach next time for sure.
KISS. Keep it simple, stupid. My mantra here. Once you are easily growing plants without having to search Google “spots on cannabis leaves” it’s a good time to kick it up a notch. Avoid autos. They’re a grenade with the pin pulled. Sounds easy but it’s not always.

If I’m being totally honest I just love my (relatively) simple outdoor grows. I’m really doing this because I need earlier clones and it’s still only 30 degrees here. Last year there was such a run-on them here I didn’t get mine till the end of July which really shortened my growing season. I’m afraid of that happening again. My friend told me this was a good method and what he uses so I thought I’d give it a go. Yeah I am not too interested in autos.

Amen to outdoors in the damned ground. I seriously consider fleeing Alaska so that can once again take place.

Anyone acting like they’ve never grown a loser hasn’t grown many types of plants or even many cannabis plants. That’s how I spot deficiencies. Or how I spot the ones I do. Indoor growing has a learning curve.
