Is the exo cheese hard to get nowadays ? Nice growing in my opinion
Thanks I appreciate the feedback. I'm not sure I can answer this honestly because it depends on what you believe the Exodus cheese Plant is. I grew up in Houghton Regis, next door to Luton, so I came from the area the Exodus Cheese Originated. Just outside HR is a former pig Farm close to Charlton Village, virtually on top of the M1 Bridge, its still there today but transformed. Well that Farm is where the Exodus Group raves were held locally, so was familiar with the name 'Exodus'. Someone I grew up with who I used to restore mopeds with, well he worked there preparing the swill made from waste food collected from local restaurants, including the one I worked at. - Anyway, I always sourced my smoke locally from friends who were the earliest dealers in the area to my knowledge. Back then in the 80's everyone was smoking a solid, and it was shaped like soap bars, green was harder to get. My mates were the main people to source it from. Over time they switched to selling green. One of my mates had been given a plant he called 'Cheese' and nobody wanted anything else so that's what ended up being my main smoke, and everyone else's. These days many strains have arrived. He's kept it alive for years but it is in storage atm, under the radar. Because I always took breaks, which clears the THC receptors for a full strength smoke, I'd be the one who's expression they would want to see when I went back to see the boys, as I'd moved away. On inhalation the terpene is so strong that you think that is what is getting you high because it is also quick to take effect. It gave me amnesia, and one person returned it because it was too strong (inexperienced & uneducated). So when I heard of the GHS Exodus cheese and heard the story I thought, I bet he's seeded my mates plant. So out of curiosity and laziness, and not wanting to pester my mate for a cutting I grew the GHS plant and did a side by side at a BBQ. I was given four of these cuttings from another mate, so likely same plant, and brought them to where I live now a couple of decades ago. unfortunately the house alarm was going off and a Police Officer turned up, and they were in plain sight. The officer had no choice but to make me destroy them, while he watched, but at least he did not make me unemployable for the next 5 years with a caution. So anyway, I did a side by side and can say they are very different terpene wise, and my mates is more stretchy, but they are equally top shelf. So because I don't know for sure I've nick named my mates plant 'The Houghton Stink Bomb' instead because its a plant that must be double, if not triple bagged.
