I use a self built soil that is made up of one part coco, one part perlite, and one part aged Amish amended compost. Each part being 3 gallons. I blend in one and half cups kelp meal, one cup garden lime, one and a half cups garden tone, about four cups of glacial rock dust I water and let cook. I also add recharge to the soil. I don’t add my worm castings till I start top dressing at four weeks. when I water I only use silica and some cal mag occasionally not all the time with the ca. I use some liquid fish fertilizer sometimes if problems arise but the coco soil perlite mix works well but you have to keep in mind how absorbent the coco is so I use that perlite with basically the same ratio.

Your missing the point, yes coco with salts is easy to get a good crop we all know that even BK can do it :p
Its going organic to make it less work etc... no runoff or ph to deal with.Aka water only.
Sorry, didn't mean to dismiss any points, and TRUST ME i get it, use what ya got, and you just happen to have coco. .. .

Oh. Yeah they are healthy but incredibly small. A terrible point of proof for growing organically in coco I'm afraid.
You are missing the point of Mainline bro! Growling horizontal and small internodes. That’s has nothing to do with growing organic. It takes 6 weeks to finish the Mainline. If they are “high in height” after accomplishing the Mainline… well than….you are not doing it good! Please correct me if not so!

Another vote for supersoil. I've been smoking my fair share of medical dispensary weed since it's become legal in Ohio and most of this crap grown with synthetics in coco is complete garbage. Yea it looks pretty, but thats where it ends. Only one of the many cultivators in Ohio grows in organic super soil and it literally blows everything else away in taste, looks, and potency. Quit trying to be fancy. High quality soil, High quality organic dry amendments, clean water, and the right grow environment ='s the best smoke on earth.

Two weeks ago they looked like shit, now they look fine but you are guaranteed once they start to flower you are back begging for help…
Please tell, what can happen when I’m going to flip when growing organic in Coco?? What do you know??

A lack of nutrition? I have my PK booster compost tea.

The only thing missing now for flowering is an extra led, cause my DLI range will be too low..

I try to do mine higher up,I like to keep the branches out of my way.Im tall so having my first trellis up at about 32" makes it a little easier for me.
This one was too low.oct 11 21 061.JPG

It is not a mainline.
Yours is not the typical mainline........you left too many leaves.
This is a mainline.

Nuggets style yes, very nice! How many weeks in when taking that photo? I’m following Dr. Coco's Cannabis Mainline Training Tutorial:

Trim the Tips, but Leave the Leaves
During the early growth of the plant it is critically important to keep every single leaf that you can. The leaves are powering the growth of the plant and removing them will slow the plant’s growth considerably. That said, you can and should remove the growth tips that you will not keep.
