I wanna ask on what stage and week are my plants of flower and if they are in late flower

No one can say with certainty imo but i personally would consider that early to mid flower . My guess is around wk 4-5 ish

Couse im seeing slow growth and luttle buds and from 8week veg and 5 week flower i was hoping for bigger buds

Those simple sugars are for microbial support in medium …. A sugary treat once in awhile.

I see a diffused bulb …. So I’m leaning to lack of appropriate lighting .

my soil is a garden mix of 20 N with ltitle phosphorus and potasium so i thought since september it lost its nutrient out of only water feds

No worries …. We all started somewhere. As you continue growing , look to get true horticulture lighting.
Some growers DIY those led with diffuser by cutting ( carefully ) that dome off to increase light.

They dont look all that bad. I would top dress them with a general purpose organic fert, and water till the finish.
A lighting upgrade should be on your shopping list

They look like they are in early flower. I'm guessing about 5 weeks in flower.
