Not saying he's a fraud, but I have seen many threads on different forums started by people having trouble with this method - in fact I have never seen a grow from start to finish using this method without problems. Most eventually pack it in and end up feeding their plants from the top with liquid nutes.

Like mentioned above by TintEastwood - www.cocoforcannabis.com is the best place to learn the proper way to grow in coco. Consider using MaxiBloom like I mentioned above.

I use Kelp4Less' Super soil with gypsum, k mag (sul-po-mag), and basalt. You can tweak it however and add more if you'd like.

His plants look fine until flower. Then they look like crap with crispy fried leaves and such. I skimmed through one of his videos just to take a peek. I wasn't impressed at all.

2. He has so many grows going on, he has backups plants for his backup plants...so if one plant dies or doesn't look good, he just grabs another and you never know it's a different plant!!!

3. Remember, this is his job!!!. If he doesn't produce, they'll fire him. HES A SALESMAN.....he ONLY SHOWS YOU THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! He's using soooooooo much more than what he's saying. He's sponsored by Gaia Green...trust me, yes using ALOT of other stuff he's not showing, why? Because he's a salesman!!!

I have taken 1 shot growing similar (Roots Organic Tupur, Gaia Green, same nutes, worm castings, bat guano, alfalfa, kelp, you name...I'll tell you right now, it works. IT WAS SOOOOO EXPENSIVE!!!! BUT, you need soooo much more than what he puts in....sooo much more time, sooo many deficiencies...DOES HE SHOW THEM??? OF COURSE NOT!!! HES A SALESMAN!!!! My crops turned out decent, but for the amount of extra work, the COST, no, it doesn't work unless you have THE MONEY, THE TIME, AND ACCESS TO ANYTHING YOU NEED.

I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU ALL UNDERSTAND HIS CHANNEL BETTER. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME, GIVE IT A SHOT......It'll cost about 3 grand to setup a 5x5 like his. Have fun!!!

Canuck doesn't even use coco anymore, he uses GAIA GREEN living soil. And even back then, didn't he do a soil/coco blend?

I skimmed through the last 3-4 videos of his. His plants by harvest look rough....he has a couple decent shots of some good buds but he gets that camera off his canopy real quick when as a whole there is fried leaves and white pistils everywhere.

Do you get good quality smoke from MaxiBloom though? I've smoked lots of weed grown with megacrop/maxi and it seems shitty. I remember the Maxibloom being insanely acidic once mixed in solution. My buddy runs it in his barn grow for cost savings. His weed when he was using the 3 part GH or Advanced Nutrients (not a fan either) seemed way better.

The buds just look big because the plants are 1 foot tall. Dudes a closet grower.

I run this chart minus B1 Boost. Literally costs almost nothing and I don't even have to screw with the PH especially not using Silica.. Mixes to 5.7-5.8 every time. For dosing PER GALLON make sure to multiply that chart by 4. So if they recommend 2 ml you really need 8ml/gal so on..

Benefits are going to be you don't have to screw with PH at all just water the stuff in every time your plant is almost dry until some drips out the bottom and you're golden.. Autopilot..

I spend half what I used to running other lines like Canna, House & Garden, etc..

CYCO does sell a lot of good supplements you can add in later if you choose you like it. I did start using their Suga Rush and Supa Stiky per their other charts but if you're on a budget all you need is their Base Grow A&B, Bloom A&B, Potash+ and Swell.

I get 5 liter jugs of the base nutrients for $20 out the door from my local grow store. The Potash+ is like $40 per/5 liters and the Swell is $80 I wanna say for 5 liters.

Total cost per/run for me in a full basement grow is ~$200 and the quality is outstanding. IF you have a smaller grow you should be able to stretch those bottles out for a few months or more...
