Need help with my baby

She’s about 1 month in a half old stunted because I had to break an original clay pot she was stuck in because of poor drainage/ her roots we’re going bad & with nutrient burn. I mistakenly used soil that contains a bunch of nutrients for plants not knowing seedlings don’t need them at first. I still feel like she wants too pull through but all I know is to drain her & let her rest. Anyone have any other ideas in saving her? Or should I cut my loss & spare the time✂ 5CB02CF4-616A-4A5E-9B0B-BBAB79CEA551.jpeg

Looks to cold. What's the ambient temperature? My apartment is naturally cold so the temperature drops in the dark stages. She’s mostly around 62-74. I have another plant germinated the same way & she’s looking great. The prictures are from when I first watered them so the soil does look wet

I used an all purpose potting mix with earthworm castings & mycorrhizae. Its been yrs since I grown so I completely overlooked on what’s best to start seedlings

I took off the wood guys, I was thinking the same when I bought it “why am I graving handfuls of wood”. Lmaoo, I just thought it was the right choice at the time. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge,im trying to learn how to grow again in baby steps‍
