arrest every one of the motherfuckers that post a threatening video, that is a fucking self confession that they plan violence, more than sufficient reason to arrest them and put them on trial for domestic terrorism...
but they're all fucking full of shit...real insurgents don't make videos telling everyone what they plan to do, and how bad ass they are...
they barely had enough people to disrupt the capital building for half a day...they'll get dead in a day or two and this can all die down, there will be no more morons for trump to try to use as a private army..
EVERYBODY’s a bad-ass…until they wake up in the hospital

It shows ya how fucking stupid and desperate Trump is to threaten the DOJ, so I guess the GOP will be running "defund the FBI", as one of their slogans this fall, sounds like a winner to me. Garland has discretion, as to when he will bring indictments and he is gonna use it to politically crush those who betrayed and attacked the constitution, it is his duty and not an option.

Busted And Panicking: Trump Sent Apparent Threat To Attorney General After Search
283,024 views Aug 17, 2022 Legal heat on Donald Trump intensifying as The New York Times reports on an unusual backchannel message Trump sent to Attorney General Garland, saying "the country is on fire" and adding he wants to help "reduce the heat." It comes amid an “unprecedented” rise in threats to the FBI after Trump's Mar-A-Lago home was legally searched. Former FBI special agent Asha Rangappa says it's wrong for a search subject to send that kind of message, adding: “It was very improper… an act of desperation,” and it “sounded like a veiled quid-pro-quo.”

Trump is rushing to hire seasoned lawyers. But he keeps hearing 'No.'
One lawyer told a story from early in Trump's presidency about members of his legal team urging him against tweeting about the Mueller probe, only to find he had tweeted about it before they got to the end of the West Wing driveway. Several people said that Trump was nearly impossible to represent and that it would be unclear whether they would ever get paid.

“What, babysit this loose cannon the whole trip - FOR FREE???
”Fuck *this* shit - I’m OUT”

Good Luck, Impotentate….

If he has the power to incite mass terrorist violence, he will need to be muzzled and when convicted, held at a maximum security facility. The more threats and violence the more likely it will happen, Donald has a large armed terrorist following, so a maximum security prison would be best for the safety of the staff. It would also reduce secret service costs, Donald ran up quite a bill and broke their budget and their reputation. So one guy who shoves his food tray through the grub hole in the cell door should be all that is required... He has no special standing under the law, no special statues can protect him from the sentence of a judge using sentencing guidelines. The hundreds of death threats the judge and jury will receive during the trial will be taken into consideration during Donald's sentencing. Normally it would be house arrest in a villa somewhere, but the massive number of terrorist threats make prison more likely.

Did anybody notice a line item in the recent build back better plan to expand the supermax facility in Colorado? They might need a new wing after the conviction of the leaders of a massive terrorist organization! There should be plenty of new denizens to fill the facility after they are done with Trump and company...
i can see it from a golf course i play at down in canon city. they have to dig another hole then cause all the real bad people are acutally underground. i think it's like 6 floors deep?
