Plants are 7 weeks old. Growing outside. Thought I had a minor mite problem, been treating with Beesafe 3n1. After checking runoff PPM realized I was over fertilizing as well. That’s under control I believe but some leaves are still doing this. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for the bump. Also now seeing this. I am watering with well water which is around 23 PPM. I am thinking calcium deficiency for these brown spots.

I'm not an expert but I think bugs. Get an eye loupe and check the bottoms for afids. Someone else had the same thing. I wish I'd stayed on that thread to the end, but when I moved on they were looking for what kind of bug a and I'm pretty sure they decided it was something like an afid. If that's what it is it's easy to hit rid of them.

1-2 tablespoons dish washing soap, I use Dawn.
Spray to drench, tops and bottoms of the leafs, and don't stocks. The soapy water suffocates them.

I just saw your other pictures. That could also be bugs and related to the other problems. The way the leafs are druping at the tip looks like a little overwatering. I hate to diagnose something I'm not to sure about so I'll tell you what I've seen, but that does look bugs.

Yeah broad mite / russet … i noticed the leaf texture.
Most miticides should do the trick - however i would snip off the most damaged leaf. There are other hardcore treats like wettable sulpher but most RTU sprays including a simple insecticidal soap spray.

You're going to need a jeweler's loupe or a microscope to really check out the underside of those leaves. If you have mites it will be really hard to see them with the naked eye until they're really bad and in the case of spider mites, you'll see webbing and little yellow dots. Best time to fight them is now before you have buds because you have a lot more choices of what you can spray on them. Once you have buds, you'll be limited to citric acid and beneficial insects. Let us know what you find.

Was scoping one day a long time ago and saw a spider mite. Literally a second later I see this Big Eyed Ninja Bug jump out and assassinate that little fucker in 1/2 second. I was too slow to click video, but I've got one where he's licking his lips and cleaning his fingers after.
Edit: Your issue doesn't look like spider mites. Maybe Russets or some other shit like those guys are saying.

Just an update. I am thinking Leaf Septoria now. It’s spreading rather quickly up the plant. These plants were fine until bringing them outside and they were placed within 6 ft of some large tomato plants which also have it. It has been hot and rainy the last week or so. I may try to treat it but I’m thinking probably won’t do much good at this point.

For sure it has leaf septoria now, the little round rust spots that feel like divots in the leaves are a good indicator and you can see plenty of them in these pics. Hard to say if that was the first problem that showed up or if insects were there first and the plant was weakened to where the septoria just ran rampant like that. A three in one spray to treat for mold, insects and mildew would be how I'd try to treat it but those septoria spores are airborne and if your tomato is a vector for them it's going to continue to be an issue. Leaf septoria was bad in VA last year and two of my outdoor plants had a touch of it that required spraying weekly up until flower and then I just focused on airflow with fans on the deck. I'd trim any infected leaves after spraying and carefully remove them,trying not to distribute anymore spores across healthy plants or soil.

Give the tomatoes a good soaking as well if you can. As well as any soil, as those damn spores are everywhere. Sorry to see you having such headaches, it's what kept me indoors this summer. I just don't have the strength to fight the bugs and weather like you need to. Hopefully you'll get ahead of it before flower gets going and have a good harvest.
2 WEEK UPDATE: So I took this grow indoors. I built myself an indoor grow room (3.5x4 ft) inside of my barn a couple weeks ago. Got a decent light and have only watered with 1/2 tsp Recharge per gallon once a week. My plants are doing much better. I treated the leaf spot by removing the majority of spotted leaves and spraying with Daconcil fungicide once. I think just by getting them out of the heavy rains and heat/humidity (Southwest VA) did the plants wonders. Also no more bottled nutes. They were frying my plants. These are in a Fox Farms Ocean Forest/Happy Frog blend. I think that with the bottled nutes was just too much. I will use dry amendments in the future. I'm sure these plants lost a lot of size from the 3 weeks of complications but I hope I have them on the right track now. This is week 9 of veg. I'm thinking about putting them into flower in another 1-2 weeks. The pic of the room is 2 weeks ago. Trellis pic is current. Thanks for the help. Happy growing

Hey yall, ive posted this question in 3 different threads here and have gotten no response yet. Can anybody confirm whether this is septoria or rust or what? I have 2 plants only 1 has this. FFOF with mykos added. They are 22 days old. I bought neem oil spray today and soaked em both. They are indoors under led qboards. Ph 6.5 RH 65 .Any input would be greatly appreciated. Never had this crap before.
