looking for a decent White Widow source

i can't seem to find anything with just widow genetics. i know it's not too cool these days, but i loved it when i as young.
i've seen some aloha widow crosses from hazeman on dc seed exchange, but i would rather have an s1 or f2/f3 or something like that. unless folks know otherwise, i will pass on seedsman, and other white label packs.

any recs?

i would be open to getting a clone shipped if there was a reliable source.

i am already aware of the renaming that took place. medicine man or black widow works too, but i haven't seen those sold in a while.

Greenhouse seeds has white widow.

they have the orginal claim i guess, but the grow diaries bud looks pretty harsh. it does look like this one variety of widow that was going around 2006 or so. the stuff i was getting in 2000 looked nothing like that. the stuff i got in amsterdam was ok, but looked a lot like the greenhouse stuff. it wasn't that frosty. the older stuff had long leaves, it was almost entirely green except the frost which gave it a pale green/white look. it was pretty consistent for a couple years.

MSNL- they germinated fast-
thanks, but i need a US source...sorry didn't mention that.

seedstockers has a good white widow
that seems like white label. i have heard of good experiences though. however, i would like some with legit genetics...i have to sort of go back a lot of years to get genetics i will appreciate it. not sure they have the original recipe.

Joey Weed at Hemp Depot has the Original White Widow from Greenhouse Seeds of the 90s. This is real deal 90s White Widow.

He also has pre 2000 AK47.

Only thing is Hemp Depot is in Canada. But if you want REAL WW, look no further, and its cheap compared to most seed strains. $50 for a pack of 10. I highly recommend the AK47.

customs would be pretty pissed off. though, i would buy both...second in line ak. i actually got some in a dispo a while back that was good enough to call it ak, but it was a little off. still good.

Customs aint gonna do anything even if they do find them. Send a letter and tell you you cant have the seeds at most. And that if you want, you can contest the seizure.

i won't be able to contest...i don't have a import license. i would just lose my money which was the point. i might try if i get desperate and find i have an extra hundo in my pocket.

I grew “pre-98 white widow” from Old Dutch Genetics. Lime/musty mothball/grapefruit smells, but the high was meh and lacking. Frosty buds, decent yield, and my pheno turned almost black in week 7, but still kept its lime green buds. I kept it for 2 years, but just killed it off. I may pop the rest of the pack, because I’m still chasing that dragon from 2003. My wife (gf) at the time, smoked it and then she had her first ever, ummm, “big O”. I knew it wasn’t me, because I didn’t know wtf I was doing, so I figured that shit had to be magical. The high I got from it was like what people describe rolling on X - a euphoric, full body tingling, that completely overtook you, and made you wanna rub your arms and legs (or other people’s). It is my unicorn, and I’ll prob never find it again.

I was being sarcastic about contesting the seizure. Though they do offer that option, only an idiot would contest it. I myself would get the AK47, long before I got the White Widow. That AK47 is pure fire. I also hear he just restocked the AK47. So the seeds are fresh. I myself prefer to send cash. I wrap in the paper I send with the info about how many seeds, and what seeds ect. And then I Tape the envelope shut. No way its opening, and Ive never lost any money yet, since 1984.

Dutch passion might be worth a try, they had really good s1 back in the day. Of course I have no recent experience and don’t know if the original line is still available.
I assume they used a really good selection from the original stock, out of a 10pk there were 4 solid keepers all 8 week plants. Aroma was a heavy mix of menthol, dryer sheet and soft skunk, buzz was strong and functional get up and get stuff done kinda high.
Greenhouse had the hyped originals at the time, grew their version and didn’t find shit lol.

First strain i ever grew was greenhouses white widow it was the fucking shit aint seen any proper widow in years that was close to it including shantis black widow i have heard joey weeds is old greenhouse stock but i aint tryed em myself idk what greenhouses be like today either if you find the real deal you will know besides the amazing potency the taste and smell is very unique it was almost minty but not and bittersweet pungent bit of a hashy sandalwood thing almost too and plenty of pine too in there and there was many phenos including a 12-13 weeker super tall one that looked like a haze hybrid almost but most phenos were done in 9 to 10 weeks ime and ive smoked so many different things over the years yet i still rate proper ww tis a shame its more rare these days
