Blaze & Daze

Mornin'.

I'm full just readin' along. :P We have a Sonic and a McShit here (OK, next town over...my town is a post office, a beauty shop and some campgrounds). KFC/Taco Hell/Burger King...all shuttered. The locals don't seem to eat that kinda fare and head to the bars/restaurants/brewpubs instead. Must not be enough tourist traffic to support 'em. KFC/Taco Hell is now a bank. Burger King is now a high dollar/fancy burger place.

We don't eat any of it. Can't even remember my last burger at a fast food place...or a burger anywhere else for that matter. We did a major overhaul of our diet 8 years ago and cut out most meat....and I'm currently watching carbs/sugar due to a pre-diabetes diagnosis at my last physical. Oddly enough...meat has no carbs so I'm trying to intro it back into my diet... um...yeah.

One of the few times I was beaten at chess was when I played one of my cousins who happened to play for the Rams.

Ahhhh, that poor baby. I hope the sound of the guitar falling didn't traumatize it. :eyesmoke:
