Plants all seem to be growing well but getting alot of yellowing in the bottom and older leaves. Any and all help appreciated ffof soil GH floratrio nutes always water at 6.5 ph
They are in 5 gallon pots so your saying put 15 gallon through each one? I suppose it need to be ph balanced as normal? Those nutes are synthetic, have you done a flush to remove the accumulated salts? It looks like it needs a bit more N, but N may be locking out from the salts. It's not the only possibility, but it's an easy one to fix. Flush the plants with regular water, 3x the volume of the pot. let em dry and then go back to feeding.
Yes, 15 gallons per 5 gallom pot. Doesn't really make too much difference, unless the tap water is brutally alkaline or acidic. But it certainly won't be a problem to PH the input water for flushing. They are in 5 gallon pots so your saying put 15 gallon through each one? I suppose it need to be ph balanced as normal?
I was under the impression that this soil only has enough nutrient content for around 3-4 weeks of plant lifeYou're adding nutes to an already nute dense soil.. Overfed
How to Identify & Fix Cannabis Nitrogen Toxicity (with Pics) (growweedeasy.com)
Some batches are hotter than others and usually contain about 6 weeks worth.. The burnt tips and clawing are from overfeeding..I was under the impression that this soil only has enough nutrient content for around 3-4 weeks of plant life
I thought it seemed like mild nute burn but in between feedings they tend to have more yellow pop up in them..those pics are from 2/4 this pic is 2/7Some batches are hotter than others and usually contain about 6 weeks worth.. The burnt tips and clawing are from overfeeding..
How much of each have you been giving and are you watering till runoff?Plants all seem to be growing well but getting alot of yellowing in the bottom and older leaves. Any and all help appreciated ffof soil GH floratrio nutes always water at 6.5 ph
Same here.In my experience with FFOF (about 9 years worth), I've never seen the intial nutes last more than 3-4 weeks.
Just following gh feed chart..don't have a ppm or ec meter so giving suggested ml per gallon and adjusting ph after to 6.5 and yes till runoffHow much of each have you been giving and are you watering till runoff?
Following the GH feeding chart in FFOF is your problem. Looks like lockout. I see nitrogen toxicity and potassium deficiency. If you want to use salts you're better off using a sterile medium. Flushing the soil might help but you should check the ph too.Just following gh feed chart..don't have a ppm or ec meter so giving suggested ml per gallon and adjusting ph after to 6.5 and yes till runoff
Putting water in at 6.5 ph but runoff is coming out between 5.3 to 5.8Following the GH feeding chart in FFOF is your problem. Looks like lockout. I see nitrogen toxicity and potassium deficiency. Soil ph is low.Putting water in at 6.5 ph but runoff is coming out between 5.3 to 5.8
I'm at end of week 5 of flower about halfway done..anyway for a quick fix?Soil ph is low.
Stop using ph down.I'm at end of week 5 of flower about halfway done..anyway for a quick fix?

I agree with runoff not always being accurate but if it's coming out at 5.3-5.8 when 6.5 water is going in his soil ph is a bit low.Don't chase soil runoff!!!! FFOF is just fine, don't mess with it. PH what's going in and maybe back of the nutes by 25%, see what happens.
