TRUMP CONVICTED

my spouse is IT in a military branch of the USA and has high security clearance, your tor and proton vpn mean shit, if they want to they will find you
They don't waste time and resources on little fish like me. They have thousands of big fish to fry and nowhere's near the resources to go after but a small portion of them. The worst things I've ever done are here in past posts of mine so just covering my ass from trolls and low-level hackers is good enough for me and lots better than doing nothing. The only spam emails I ever get are on my email linked thru my ISP and that's maybe one a week. I use that email for all my banking, online shopping etc and never have for sites like this.

My paranoia levels went way down after pot got legalized here. I've never mentioned growing on places like Facebook which I rarely post anything on anyways tho have found many groups related to fishing, rod building and drones I've joined lately but stick to those subjects.

Never even been charged with a drug offence so even if I got busted for something like that I'd get a slap on the wrist as a first time offender. No law against owning distillation gear so they'd have to catch me in the act of cooking up a batch to bust me. I've never sold pot or anything else so the cops would have no basis to get a warrant in the first place.

Now that I never drink about the worst thing I'll get is a speeding ticket and I don't do that as much any more either and it's 2001 since I got one of those that stuck and got me 3 points on my license. As they can only go back 10 years on your driver's abstract I have a spotless license. They don't show the impaired driving conviction I got in '93 tho a criminal record check will still show that.

Considering the crap I've got away with in my life on paper I'm damn near an angel. angel.gif

neither does the usa though
you cant enter most countries with a criminal record, even something minor like shoplifting when you were like 14 even if it was pardoned,.

you have to get a waiver,
I don't know about that but I got a B&E just after I turned 18. Got 1 year probation and never had a problem crossing the border and used to go across at least once a week when we lived close to the border for cheap gas and dairy. Then in my 30s when I went back to school I thought getting a pardon would be good for the kind of jobs I'd be looking for after graduation so did all the paperwork and got that done. Most job applications just ask if you've ever been convicted of a crime for which you have not received a pardon so I could honestly answer No.

My now dead buddy Mike and I went to scoot across to score some beer then go back to my place watch a football game and got pulled over for a check. He had a minor conviction for pot possession and was refused but he just walked back to the Canada customs building and waited while I grabbed the beer at the gas station just 50yds away and came right back. They didn't even make me pay duty on the two-four of beer or check the car. US customs even popped the door panels open while we were inside getting checked out and they searched the car. Little Toyota pickup so not a lot of places to stash stuff.

This was all 30+ years ago long before 9-11 so I imagine it's tightened up a bunch since then. I have no plans to go south ever again as I don't have much love for the relatives that live down there. All my cousins are maga types tho mom talked to Rick just a few days ago and he says he won't be voting for tRump this time so there is hope. :) His older brother is still deep in the maga world tho.

This would be a hard NO!!!!!!, imo it will lift off when Merchan sentences him, and either throws him in the slammer then simply cause of his gag order violations, then take it off, this way he can scream all he wants in that cell for a little while......
Witness tampering is not just a momentary thing. A lingering threat is still tampering. Nobody would face the kind of menacing and threats to their lives or loved ones if they thought the thugs would be free to devour them after the trial is over. As long as Trump and MAGA remain a threat to participants in this trial, the gag order and court protections have to remain in effect. By the very ask, Trump is proving that his cult is a threat to the rule of law.

Georgia just indefinitely postponed Trumps 2020 interference case thanks to the court of appeals.

And the dominos keep falling in a certain direction.
After this, I wouldn’t bet on him doing any jail time in NY.
He’s being protected like Nixon was.

He will never serve jail time. Anyone who thought he would has a head of wishful thinking. At best, he'll get to kick it in Mar-a-Lago with an ankle bracelet for show.

i dunno about that, he might not have a place to go to after Erogorn trail, remember he's on the hook for a 175mil that actually cover almost 500mil, Lago might be on the chopping block since it's owned by the Trump Org

Hence the laughter when MAGA Republican leaders and followers say "Biden's justice system" is going after Trump unfairly.

The laughter is more to mock than actual comedy. This is getting real.

He won't serve jail time but the lawyer who lied for him and later flipped in order to avoid even more charges regarding this crime -- did.
