Not allowing evidence from "official acts" ie discussions with Barr, or say Jeffrey Clark, or Vice Mike Pence, to prosecute illegal unofficial acts could mean immunity for unofficial acts just by not allowing evidence to come forward to prove the unofficial act was illegal. King Trump will walk on everything, may even trigger a motion to throw out hush money case, as some evidence would become inadmissible. Looks like the USA is headed for autocracy.

If this opinion by the extreme court were given around Nixons time, there likely wouldn't have even been a "watergate".

Those cowards. So, remand some back to the original court, then when that court rules unfavorably for The Convict, he appeals, then wait until the cowards come back from vacation and they delay months to make a decision. It's so blatantly obvious they are doing their part to make it so justice will never be served. I'm in a very blue area (at the moment), so I'll just hunker down for my remaining years. The thought of buying a shotgun still comes to me from time to time, though.

i have to agree with Soto on this.....

now the question is what is an offical act, and what is un-offical act? The J6 judge has got some work to do, and so does turtle head cannon.......

meanwhile all state lvl offences stay, the fraud, the sex thing, that all stays cause that was personal.....

It will be interesting to see if the current administration uses this. They just got handed the Card.
