I know a few in UK and Europe who can get seeds there if you stuck heavydaze genetics is from over there you would think somewhere in aus would stock his gear like simply souvenirs in the UK does

I cannot find the picture of the packaging for the 2001 / 2002 freebies. That pack was $5,000 as well and held by a seed seller. Unfortunately, my male skunk number one plants did not like LED light. And so my preservation seed run was aborted because three of the four males threw pistils.
I collected pollen from the remaining male. And took cuts of the females.
The freebies seeds pack was $5000.00 and described as, ..." The ultimate seed pack in any collection. " By someone who knows what they have.

IMG_20250120_224808.jpgThis is Sk# 1 x Kabul Baba RKS. I was in the 9th grade in 1980 and got my first golf ball Skunk nuggets. All the putrid and foul terps are Afghani. People have it totally effing twisted. Skunk denoted quality back in the day and much was called skunk. The influx of Afghani hybrids corresponds with the rise of the Skunk myth. If I had of made enough seeds in 2003 I could have huge IMG_20250120_224808.jpgcrops and select for Afghan terps but I would not do that. When it comes to Skunk any indica fucks with the buzz of the Colombian and Mexican. The famous positive up high of real Sk#1. Which was not mango, citrusy, grapy, none of that shit. It's hard to describe the rich sweet terps, others isolated the cherry skunks that were my favorite plants.

Menthol terps...my favorites had buds that smelled kinda like Luden's Cough Syrup. With that mentholated cherry aroma. There was a time that the genetics I am working with now was rejected stuff. Now every seed from a 22 year old crop is cherished.
And I learned there was more to the seeds than I knew. I'm very pleased with my first keeper since losing so many. And this is my reject stuff lol....

Just finished jarring a couple Bad Dawg freebies, Atonic x Sunshine4 which I F2ed. Both are really sticky with very loud Earthy and Skunky smells and potent.

I really love this plant. This plant is the best Skunk on this planet. It's all Sam and Eddy and that's why. All I did was make the right cross. The Ghani terps are coming out now IMG_20250121_224303.jpg
Skunk#1 x Kabul Baba. Aka Road Kill Skunk. This is #4. I very much want to get clones out to some people. I hope this cut gets into contests. I want to put the skunk back in VA. badly and this plant is legit all old VA. genetics that came from Gypsy Nirvana, Dave Watson, and Eddy at Flying Dutchman pre-Sensi SB.

I say this: Old School Skunk? I effing found a good one. I'm going to rub all the trichomes off smelling it.lol. I finally have something that the worldwide weed community says it's clamoring for.

I'll elaborate even a little further. If I was showing this plant to Dave Watson I would say that while I was busy making intentional crosses of skunk to itself and Northern Lights/ Afghan, an accidental pollination happened with a couple of pollen donors I missed. All of the intentionally made seeds have been lost in the raids. But the accidental crosses live on, and also the progeny of the intentional crosses which I haven't even started to get to yet.
The Kabul Baba ( Skunk#1 x Afghanica) has been crossed again to skunk#1, and the Kabul Baba is dominant in the cross, resulting in a very nice Skunk plant with the Skunk phylotaxy evident , and the good Afghan terps.
I haven't even smoked the s*** yet, and I want to do cartwheels just knowing what the f*** it is.

Hold off bud remember things can morph in time see if it's still the same when it's down and dry fingers crossed it holds it into the cure if it does your definitely onto a winner

This is one I doubt will have any real surprises. I don't care what the terpene profile is as long as it smokes right. I'm not expecting anything different. I don't want anything different. It's not an elite clone yet, but it sure looks good. This is the real thing.I want the high. If it has the high with some Ghani power....its the one I am looking for.
For me, the problem is how do I get this out there? Patience will be a virtue here. I'm not giving this cut out. The imposter cut gave me a good idea of what grief that brings. So I do it one bud at a time. If it has the stone I hope it has I won't have any problems beating the sea of boof before me.
I bet this is going to be a soul satisfying cut for me.

He just means it's not tested so it's not a being classed as a clone worth keeping yet he is hoping it carries the effect from the ghani side of things with all the positive traits from the skunk shining through he don't care what it tastes like so much

I found this cut for myself. Looking for the daytime smoke that I remember from over 20 years ago. The Kabul Baba was named roadkill skunk by Flying Dutchman who worked directly with Dave Watson and obtained the genetics from him. Personally I never thought it smelled like a roadkill skunk. But it has recognizable Afghan terps.
This is a cut I hope I will be able to compete with. I have this stuff because I am a an old school grower that has been on the forums off and on for 25 years. I have it because I was a guerilla grower, an act of resistance the police definitely made me pay for. I know what I have, this is not a zkittles cross. Not Zkunk. Lol...doesn't taste like that but I know the buzz will beat that.
The Baba crossed to Skunk again is still Baba dominant. This skunk crossed again is the Royal Skunk#1( that's what I call the DW freebies from 2001-2002.)
These genetics are legit. ( I don't want to use the word authentic )
And watch ...next month Sensi Seeds or someone will come out with some cross with a $20,000.00 advertising campaign to top this, but their stuff will be bunk. I'm actually going to contact them again and ask what happened to all the Flying Dutchman genetics.

It is very hard to find any acceptance anywhere. I could have Neville's last seed collection and really no one would give a fuck here locally. I tried to contact a local breeder recently and they wouldn't talk to me. Busy with the latest hype strain mishmash. Or just saying eff off. I asked him to come smell my plants.

It is hard now to locate original Flying Dutchman catalogue stuff that describes the Kabul Baba aka RKS. There's stuff on ICMag about the GN freebies skunk.
There's still a shadow of a doubt in my mind...The lines are so worked that it could completely be dominant in some phenos if outcrossed especially with a skunk hybrid like Fireskunk. I would laugh if Baba Skunk is really Baba imposter. So we will see. With the imposter cut, there was always the shadow of doubt in my mind, but it was the terpene profile of the cured bud and the buzz that revealed it as an imposter, after growing with two different organic methods. And the chunkiness of the buds, and large seeds also gave it away. Just looking at the seeds it was off. Even the hybrid seeds of #4 I just made are the correct size and color of sk#1.
So we'll see. I'm pretty sure there's no Willie D in this. There certainly is none showing at all or coming out in the terp profile.
