Check out my plants.

Well, here they are. I started them from seeds from some OK mids. Ive been reading this site since may and thought I'd try an outdoor grow since I don't have the cash for all that stuff for inside.

What you think? Should I put them into flowering or should I just let nature do it?

The other pic is where I've planted the pots in the ground so they blend in with the rest of the yard(can you spot them) I hope they can finish out the veg stage right there but I'm pretty sure when they are bigger they won't be able to stay there.

Oh and a big thanks to this site, without it I was completely ignorant.

hello and welcome. let them grow. it looks like you have a good yard to do some lst with them. if you carefully bend the tops and train then to grow sideways you can let them get nice and big and not have to worry so much about height. they look very nice.

I was under the impression that I had to lst earlier. I'm gonna get busy with some strings tomorrow right after I read some threads on lst. Thanks.

Are there any benifits of lst-ing other than controling the height?

And by the way, what does lst stand for?

That is only 3 plants. After I tied them down so many new tops started forming. Aside from the stealth factor, I think this is the best reason to lst.

Not sure on what the letters stand for. I'm new to this.

LST - Low stress training,

Another advantage is that it will create more colas. It allows the lower nodes to become colas, so you will have multiple colas per plant. and more colas means more weed.
