Sorry for the shitty pics. Blackberry sucks...

I would move my box and have that room right there to grow. Only thing is its a bit cold there and close to the window.

oh damn thats crazy, well that is enough room, all you would have to do is put up like a black sheet, thats what i did with my closet, i have two black sheets taped at the top where the divider is so its blocks light from comin in or out, and i have two white trash bad taped together and on side completely covered in tape for a lil mor light protection, and i has the other side facing the plants so it act as reflective material

Yeah i was reading and got to like page 25... Some people are using different lights. Also they found out you dont need to cut up the AG, There is a cable that makes it longer. So that will help. im trying to keep cost somewhat low. The AG 200 i got for 150, fox farms 50 shipped, seeds,40...

I saw that AG makes stronger bulbs... should i pick them up? or look around?

hey dont know if this has been talked about or not, but have any of you thought about making some sort or tri-fold reflector and attaching CFL's to the top/sides of it? much like tri-folder presentation posters but out of wood and then covering it with mylar to reflect the light back at the plant. was going to do this and then attach three CFL's with lamp shields directed at the front of the AG. this will be my first grow and am trying to get a sweet set up with my pro-200. any thoughts? thanks a lot.

haha alright lets see if i can explain this better, the picture is clear in my head just hard to describe in words. alright so light from the AG hood is focused downward but depended on the height, light will be dispersed throughout a grow room. so much in the same way large scale producers use mylar covered walls to reflect light back to the plants, a three sided "box" would be made and placed behind the AG to reflect free light back to the plants and then CFL's would be placed in front of the AG. essentially maximizing the light directed on the plants not only through multiple lamps but also the recylcing of light that would be lost through dispersion. sorry if that was to complicated, science major so maybe that made no sense at all :-/ but pretty much like those three sided presentation posters people use but covered in mylar and made out of wood so it would support the extra lamps needed.

haha naw i get what your saying now, in my grow cab, the inside is white, and i tapped two white trash bags together and hung it down where it opens, on side its layered with duct tape to block light comin out, and on the inside is where the white part is, it reflects the light back to the plants then on the outside i have two black sheets hanging down for it kind triple layered, kinda boxs in the heat, so its always warmed, oped like only 1 a day

ok cool cool, i have like a whole attic to grow in so cant really cover the whole thing in reflective mylar so just thought about confining my AG to a small area of concentrated light. how many CFL's do you use? i was thinking like 3, 100 watt lights
