I would rather do what penny is doing. That is what I am doing right now.
I may buy one 12'x12' board, and do an expermient with just one maybe two plants.

Just make sure they are daylight 6500k for veg and soft white 2700k for flowering and use your led when flowering comes along.

i wanna fix this no matter what it cost lol
i already hav alot of work in my main room i dont rly hav time fuckin with cfl and wires

id prefer something simple but effective...
my room is 10x10 so i want thinkin usin my 4 300w leds panel with some HO neons too mounted on the ceiling.. would it be good?
(im movin my babies in the pipe dream system tomorow or the day after i need my bathroom back lol)

The only reason why is because the 6500k is in the blue spectrum good for veg just like mh and 2700k is more reddish/orange good for flowering just like hps. Although you can you use 2700k for veg and flowering just like hps, but with 6500k it's only good for veg just like mh, you feel me?

im not impressed with leds for now but maybe they will work better later for flower since most of the lights are red on the panel idk..

Do you have pictures of your babies in veg still? I can compare them to mine at 3 weeks or earlier.

You dont have to worry about heat sig, generally (dependin on where in a buildin yer grow is), indoors w/ 1000w! Also, if the led's are 1200W, then how is that cheaper than 1000?

They will work better for flowering, becuase the the ratio of your ufo is 10 to 1 10 red to every 1 blue. I still suggest cfls for budding in conjunction with your led.

i though i could cover more with 4x of them then 1 of hps

and my pipe dream system have plants goin like 6 feets high makin almost impossible to use high power hps lights without burnnin

the thing with cfls is you can put alot more of them together and get a better lumen than with floros.
