Yes u should always flush ur plants 2-3 weeks before harvest it helps alot with taste and the bud will burn better all u do is pour water into ur container untill u see clear water come out the bottom and if u dont flush ur weed will taste like chemicals i know from expierence thats for soil ofcourse

Yea its in soil. When you say clear I'm not sure what you mean, because the water will always drain brown because of the dirt.

lol ok. I'm growing in one pot with multiple plants, but they are at different stages. So when I have to flush the first I have to flush every plant. Would flushing for 2 weeks hurt my othe rplants? I dont think it would, it might grow a little slower, but I'm pretty sure it wouldnt die........right?

People should have asked what kind of soil you are using before telling you to flush. Some soils you should NEVER flush.

It is sometimes a bad idea to flush soil that has time release fertilizer. If you haven't used up all of the fertilizer the flushing will dissolve the fertilizer too rapidly and you will burn the hell out of your plants.

Yes, buy better soil. Im no expert but I would think you wouldn't want a soil that contains time released fertilizer. I just read someone else's post on RIU that was using that type of soil. When he flushed his plants to fix nute burn, the flushing only doubled the amount of problems. Not ideal for a plant that must be flushed before harvest..anyway hope your grow goes well

Barky soil sucks except for certain whitney farms like from fred meyers. I like fox farm soil with some added perlite and I always use a cap full of hydrogen peroxide everytime I water. I go weeks at a time only using water.

Some Soils you should never flush?? No, flushing every 2 to 3 weeks is very very good. Get yourself some CLEAREX, works really good and it dosent hurt the plants. Flushing the girls reinvigerates the plants and roots, clearing any salt build up. therefor opening the rots to efficient nut up take
