I am proud that you admitted you had a drug problem.. I suffered from ice for years been off of it since 10-21-04 only pot and beer now...

Just goes to show no one is fighting for crack and meth to be legal...lol

PS my college degree did nothing for me.. but cost me alot of money

i didnt have a drug problem; i had a money problem.... the drugs were right down the street... the money was hard to come by:-P

Almost didn't get out of high school because I simply hated it. Then I attended college and once I removed my cranium from my rectum I started to enjoy school. Ended up getting a degree in Music Performance and 3 minors. I'm 15 credits into my masters in Music Theory, but stopped because I hated the school.

I'm considering going back and getting masters and a PhD for fun.

dropped out 3 days into my senior year of high school... walls were closing in on me. got my alternative school (self taught) diploma. worked in a factory for about a year, said "damn, real life sucks" went back to school - college and got a B.A. ... which would've helped my ass a couple times now... 'cept i got my first felony my junior year in college - which completely cancels out a college degree in the field of human services. yay. now i owe the government like 40,000 and will never be eligible for social security (not that it will even exist when i get to that age). Right now i make more than the average high school dropout... but Much less than the average college graduate. No matter, my job will once again be moving to mexico or china before i know it. Time for plan B, and plan C. (Ya'll pray with me that i don't have to enact plan D!!) :fire:

Oh it's gonna happen...

And they'll accept it that day too. They're worried about the whole legality issue. They'll get over that though...just gotta break 'em in correctly. That's where the Canni-butter made Brownies come into play:grin:

I didn't drop out. Next semester, I'm going to a Tech College with intent to transfer to a state school. Gonna graduate with a double major in Chemical Engineering and Wood and Paper Science.

Fingers crossed, that is.

I did drop out of high school in 10th grade. I had a decent paying job ($10 an hour for a 15 year old is good money) and did not have time for high school games. Shifted over to night school at a local JC. Went after my AA, started when I was 17.

Looking back, for me it worked out. This does not mean that it is an easier path. I took the harder path for my age at that time. I had to have a full time job as a stipulation to my parents allowing me to drop out of HS. I also had pay for my college courses. Looking back, I understand why my dad forced that.

I did not drop out....I do have a stepson that did though. Unless it is medical, I think EVERY kid should finish school....there are going to be so many things in life that you don't want to do, but you do them anyway. It is called responsibility. I don't believe in the easy way out. Like I said, unless it is medical, all kids should finish school.

I can make up to 1000 a day with this
