just give them the money. contact them again and do it once more through paypal. tell them that is the ONLY way. Be an adult about it when you talk to them. Tell them it was only a misunderstanding. Maybe they sent the seeds and they got seized, maybe they didnt send them at all. Dont worry about that anymore. If they contiue to bother you or demand account information, forget about them. Your NOT growing rigt now right? Whats the most they can do? If theres nothing to find in your house then theres nothing to worry about! Its as simple as that. If your really worried, go to the store and buy some vegetable seeds and germ them. They cant arrest your for growing vegetables lol. Just a suggestion? My buddy had a cucumber plant in his box with his other plants until he ran out of room.
I wouldnt trust giving account information overseas to a foreign dealer. Like I said, be an adult about it and contact them. You can transfer money over paypal without having to by anything at all. Make sure you have a record of the transaction so they cant bother you from there on forward!

Like someone else said before. They were most likely seized at the boarder. I live in canada, and I cant send so much as a computer game to the united states without the box being ripped open and checked. Once it leaves the shop and is between sender and receiver, its property of the postal service carrying it and they have the right to open any package being sent. Its his own fault for ordering from another country!
Dont listen to half of these idiots. Pay them and forget about them. Dont give them any reason to take it any further then its already gone. Its less then $40. Who cares. Lesson learned right? I hope.

The collections agency phones you and says yu have to pay or they threaten to take you to court for it. Are you going to be a douche and refuse because they threatened you? WTF? That's not bad business, that's how all business is. There was a miscommunication between buyer and seller. The seller isn't responsible for goods getting picked off at customs. If you bounce a check in the US, the company you wrote the check to will take your info to the cops if they dont use a collection agency. This is no different, its the same shit except the goods are illegal so everybody freaks out. If you did this with any other mail order they would treat you the same way. Nirvana isnt doing anything different than your local grocery store would do if you bounced a check with them.
