hello all! i've only ordered seeds once and they were from nirvana. i finished one crop on my own and it wasn't that great but i blame myself for chopping too early. and i gave my last crop to a friend to finish at his house after a couple weeks into flower. hes been growing for like a year and a half and has a perpectual harvest i think... i havent smoked that yet but my sister says its shit too. so i was thinking maybe trying another seed bank just to broaden my horizons. which would you suggest for good quality genetics that ship to the us? i try and research but honestly there are way too many and you dont know if theyre legit or not. same goes for their reviews on the site. so i figured id ask you guys. thank you so much

advice to anyone reading this never order anything from the canadian hemp company which is def a different company than the hempdepotca.I ordered two different strains from them and it was total bullshit premature seeds and it was def not what i orderedonly one seed out of 20 germenated and it looked like some mexican shwag bean weed.Which i threw the fuck out.So yeah fuck you canadian hemp company!

hemp depot is a little pricey unless you go for the rarer strains, a lot of people have good experiences with attitude seed bank

i bought aurora indica and ppp fem. i finsihed the a.i. myself and ppp was what i gave away to finish elsewhere.

my set up:
lights- one t5 h.o. 6 bulb 2 footer
3 26w 6500k and 3 26 w 2400k and one 42w 6500k

nutes- veg fox farm grow big
flower- tiger bloom and the other one by fox farm

soil- fox farm ocean forest

and the other guys... all i know is for his flower room he has i think a 400w hps MAYBE TWO of those i dont remember. and i dunno what he uses for nutes

I don't know if you did but you should flush your plants for a week or two with just water before harvest.If i was you i would go invest in a 1000 watt hps bulb and ballast as well as a hood or reflector.You don't need a really expensive hood to start.i think my first grow ten years ago was with an econ wing i paid 20 bucks for.and i yeilded almost 1.5 lbs with a 1000 watt hps.Fox farm is ok i didn't come close to the yields as i did with bio bizz.I used to use promix with worm castings and bio bizz pre mix and the bio bizz line and did really well with it

ah sweet thanks for the advise brotha... yeah i did flush like a week or two before.

im getting an apartment/townhome maybe even renting a house soon... how much would that 1000w run up the bill. i dont want my roomates getting all pissed about me making it so expensive. (but that would be fucking awesome... a pound and a half? how many plants and what strain?)

i actually forget what strain that was it was so long ago.Now i grow east coast sour diesel,legends ultimate indica,white diesel,and i'm just starting big budxnl.Well i run 6-8 1000 watt hps lights pending on the time of the year and the heat issues i have to deal with.My split air unit will only maintain temp on 6 lights during the summer like july aug.so thats when i do six.i usually veg for ten days with co2 in 1 gal pots.At the ten day mark i transplant into seven gal pots and veg for another 5 days or so just so the root system has a chance to fill the space before the switch too floweri used to do six plants per 1000 watt hps light,but i found that while using my light meter that i had almost as strong of lumens outside the four foot candle pattern so i bumped it up too 9 plants in 7 gal containers per light.i have grown the same strains for along time and i usually average the same yeild.Which has been consistent with about 1.75lbs to 2lbs pending on the strain per light.After switching to 9 plants per light i just finished at 2.3lbs per light.My electric bill is about 600-650 per month,but i run 8 1000's and a 12 inch can fan on a can fan carbon filter.2 6 inch vortex fans to cool my hoods.An 8 inch vortex fan for fresh air.Two different cap controlers a co2 controler,two oselating fans and a split air unitThis next grow i'm using bio canna which i've been told by many has increased yields by up too 30% over bio bizz.I'm also gonna be growing in bio canna terra cocco medium.Its suposed to be the shit we shall see it better as i just spend 1850 bucks on medium and nutes to do an 8 lighter.I would imagine.Pending on what they charge for electricity where u live will vary,but my bill goes up like 45-50 bucks a month per light.

yeah i dont think i would be running 6-8 1000 w any time soon lol. but that doesnt seem too bad of a price for how much stuff you have running. i was expecting one 1000 w to run my bill up to like 300 or 400. i think i will give it a shot with the 1000w. originally i just planned on getting a 400w. maybe 600w tops. how many you think you could fit under one of those. my ideal op would be to have a mother plant with clones in one room and a flowering room yeilding at least a quarter pound every month at least. just something to help pay the bills and get some free smoke off of. what would you suggest for this? but if i could pull off more why not?

the only thing that worries me about these lights is the bill and people always talking about how you might get caught from using too much electricity.

Well depends on how big of an area you have..A 1000 covers typically like a 4x4 area.I would say if you used five gallon pots you could get away with nine under a 600.Alot of people use smaller pots and put a ton of plants under each light.I tried it once and i yielded less than i did using bigger pots and less plants.I don't know about you,but i like to keep the numbers down.Also trust me the electric company isn't gonna lift an eye over 1 1000 watt

really I looked at this other top seed co. and there seeds was more much more than the tude and was from the same breeders just a different bank I got some ww and train wreck for a little over $100.00 5 each fem seeds got 5 free g13 super skunk and 1 pure gold fem seed and if you look on here some people say the tude is a scam and they just take your loot and don't ship you anything I love the tude I'm new to the game but my ww and tw are beautiful I got the ww from green house seeds and I think they was the one who first make ww so just keep growing

That's the first I heard that about tude, usually skunk is within a $1 or $2 of tude although some things can be priced completely different either site, just depends on what you are getting. I'll have to check, maybe they've changed their prices recently.

Even with the discount Skunk was always cheaper for me.

Mostly bubblegum and ak47.

Bubblegum tude = $86 skunk $89

By the time you figure in shipping with the discount it comes out to about the same, skunk offers free shipping if you order enough which really makes a difference between the 2.
